This property includes a 4br/3b single family home with a 1br/1b tiny house. Five blocks from the beach this home has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Jax Beach. Just a short walk from great local eateries and pubs. The property offers an oversized pool, large screened in patio, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home is very private as it backs up to a canal. Beach access just up the road.
- Property is self check-in / Tiny home has its own private entrance
- 5 bedrooms (3 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Twin)
- 4 full bathrooms
- Private oversized pool (Not Heated)
- Large screened in patio w/ outdoor refrigerator
- Park Style Grill (Charcoal)
- Well-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and coffee essentials / Tiny home has its own private kitchenette
- Extra large driveway and parking pad fits RVs, boats, and large trucks
- TVs in every bedroom (bring your own streaming service) and a 55" TV with surround sound and Hulu in the living room.
- High Speed Internet
- Outdoor shower
- Washing machine & dryer (outside on patio)
- Each home includes a Pack ân Play and high chair for families traveling with little ones
- Centrally located between Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach.
- 2 minute bike ride/5 minute walk to the beach!
- Close to Baptist Beaches Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and TPC Sawgrass
**One of the bedrooms is accessed by walking through the garage 2 feet (as shown in the pictures), boasts soundproof qualities due to its concrete walls. It also features a dedicated through-the-wall AC unit and abundant natural light.
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No parties or events, quiet hours 10 PMâ9 AM per city ordinance
- Pets (dogs only) â Dogs are allowed with a paid pet fee. Undisclosed pets = immediate eviction and loss of rent. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of stay
- Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 10 AM
- All guests must be registered, unapproved visitors or extra guests may result in eviction and loss of rent
