Very nice, spacious home. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. The pool is very nice! Check in was super easy. The house is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Short drive to the beach. We were there during spring breaks, so it was pretty busy in the area.
We had some ducks visit the pool, which fascinated the dogs!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. House was very nice & clean. Close to shops & dining with short distance to the beach. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and being able to have our fur baby with us. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

The property was very clean. Perfect for our family of 6. The pool was a great thing to have for downtime with the kids. Would stay again! 100% better than a hotel.

We rented this home because of the pictures and description of a clean home with a beautiful pool and previous high ratings. We had good communication with the host prior to our arrival about some charges we didn’t understand. We arrived later in the evening the first night and realized the house was ill equipped. There were a few plates, a few pots, forks, knives, a few glasses, and a salt and pepper shaker. That was it. Not expected, but ok. The house was not very clean ( there was moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker, dirty towels, etc). Kitchen faucet was broken, but functional. Until…The Master bathtub had warm water at best. We contacted the host and used the pots from the kitchen and filled the tub with hot water the first night. It was a very long, ridiculous thing to have to do. The host was coming, plumber was coming, neither happened. We were eventually told the plumber would be there the day before we left. Then there was the pool. It was nasty. It smelled bad and was filthy. We were told that happens and the weekly service would be by. Didn’t happen. We continued to try and work with the host. We realized we were getting no where. This house was terribly misrepresented. We did everything our contract required on our end & left 4 days early. We notified them and got no apologies and no price adjustment for all of the failed promises and misrepresentations.We filed a complaint with VRBO, which agreed with us & they still refused to refund any amount.

Very clean, no carpet large fenced backyard. Close to a Publix and walking distance to a nice preserve. Just 5 minutes from the Mayo Clinic which was the purpose of our visit.

Very nice salt water pool w/ accomodations for our family, very spacious rooms super clean, large kitchen with all amenities. Large bathrooms! Washer & dryer! easy check in, lots of space, close to beach & restaurants & grocery stores. Must stay here!! Big plus was the large fenced in back yard and patio! Wonderful for our family

We had a good stay. The house was clean, the location was very convenient, and the host was friendly and quick to respond when needed. The only downside was that the neighbors were somewhat loud at times. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and we would recommend this property to others.
