Välkommen till vår privata avkopplande semesterort. Du kommer att uppleva en spektakulär utsikt över den underbara smaragdgröna Mexikanska golfen. Du kommer att njuta av fantastiska solnedgångar. Dina fötter masseras av den vita sockersandstranden. Tillflyktsortet ligger mitt i allt, bara några steg från Pier Park Shopping och matplats. Massor av bilder på vår webbplats. SKrolla nedan ... Detta är en fantastisk Gulf Front Condo. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, klädkammare och eget badrum med jacuzzi och separat dusch. Master-sviten har tillgång till balkong. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och direkt tillgång till det andra badrummet. Det tredje sovrummet har en våningssäng, tvåbäddsrum på toppen och full storlek nedre säng. Madrass och sängkläder byts ut vartannat år eller mindre. Köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, mixer för blandade drycker och platsinställning för 16. Oavsett om du bara vill ha en pizza eller en mer romantisk måltid borde vi kunna tillgodose de flesta av dina önskningar om mat.

Vardagsrummet har tillgång till balkong och våt bar. Du hittar ett avkopplande motiv på stranden. Soffan är också en drottningssoffa vid behov. Matsalen har ett modernt bord med plats för minst 6 bekvämt. Ytterligare sittplatser finns på 3 barstolar i baren / köksbänken. Balkongen har bekväma sittplatser för att uppleva kvällens solnedgång.
Eftersom du är på semester kommer du inte att göra någon tvätt, men bara i fallet finns ett separat tvättstuga med full tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Awesome property and wonderful communication with Stephan. Stephan goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. We could not have asked for a better property host. My family will be definitely be returning to this property the next time we are at Panama City Beach.

Great on the beach view

Property was very clean and organized. Easy check in process. Beach view was a great experience and provided plenty of shade for the hot part of the day. I recommend property.

Condo floors were dirty, toilet was broken, not enough towels for 8 people. Too strict about wearing pool bracelet. 2nd bedroom very small. Living room furniture had outdoor chair and dining table. Not enough seats for a family of 8 to sit in.

We appreciate Mrs Nunn’s review. It certainly the worst review in 15 years in our vacation rental business. As a small business owners we take 100 percent responsibility, period. We are a bit surprise of her comments. Very few rental vacation business brief their guests prior to check-in day. We do. We do brief the guest multiple times , if anything is not to their satisfaction to let us know immediately so we may rectify the situation. Letting us know at the end of the stay doesn’t accomplish anything. We had been in touch with Mrs Nunn the day of her arrival. We wish she would have contacted us with these concerns.

The condo was perfect. The owner was so easy to work with. Made sure everything was just as it showed and updated me on one area that was different. I highly reccommend this condo. You will not be disappointed. I am already booking it for my next visit. 💜

Perfect vacation!

First, the photos of this property DO NOT do it justice! Many updates finalizing a fabulous home away from home. The view is incredible and we were fortunate to have perfect beach weather the entire 5 day stay. Stephan was the best host I have ever rented from and I've been doing a beach week a year for about 15 years. Not only was everything as stated but he called me a couple days prior to give extra information to include the easiest way to park and unload, his restaurant picks, quick and easy shopping, etc. AND, he text to check on our arrival and text again before our departure. We could not have been more pleased with everything!

Great view!

The condo had a wonderful view. The owner was very prompt on getting back with us on the issues we had. The condo wasn’t as clean as I would like and was disappointed that during COVID the owner was reusing the rubber bracelets that you are required to wear to be in property. All other units where not per Majestic Tower front desk. The ice machine being down was an expensive issue for us seeing how a bag of ice on the property was almost $5.

Joshua was a great guest and stayed at one of our properties. He took great care of this vacation condo. We had one issue with a Comcast box that stop working the day of his arrival. He was very punctual in letting us know. We immediately put a work order to get it remedied. Very quickly we realized that this could take a few days to resolve if you scheduled a Technician and more. With a lot of luck we were able to locate and pick up a replacement box. Unfortunately it took 3 more phone calls to Comcast Customer Care to resolve the issue. Our paperwork and property pre-arrival brief are very clear regarding wristbands ( rubber bracelets). There are to be returned or else incur a replacement cost. We gave the guest that option in case he just forgot. Packing up for the return trip home can be pretty busy. We have no control over the ice machine pricing. We tend to agree with Joshua. In our pre-arrival brief, we always mention that ice is available at the nearby Walmart as an option. Two words on Covid-19. We have taken all precautions, followed government guidelines and much more. This has incurred our business a very high unforeseen cost that we have elected not to pass on to the guest . 100 % of our summer bookings were made Pre-COVID-19. Our cleaners have very strict guidelines to follow, which includes wristband disinfecting. As a side note, Joshua’s wristbands were new. We wished that he would have made us aware of the possible cleaning issue. We would have had the cleaning supervisor address the concern immediately. Absolutely! We believe in the motto “ no trace left behind”. It is certainly a very challenging order. We feel confident that this can be achieved . We certainly appreciate Joshua giving us flexibility in resolving the cable box issue. His help was instrumental. We wanted to minimize his privacy interruptions. We strongly believe in feedback. We always strive to make it better next time. We listen. We take 100 % responsibility for what is inside the property walls . Over 20 years we have followed and believe in our business model. We will not mimic what other business owners may do . Obviously, it appears we performed poorly this time. Over the many years our reviews speak for themselves. Our goal is to do our best and help you take away great memories of your stay.

Excellent!

Everything was even better than the pictures. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. We always enjoy staying at the Majestic, especially in Tower 2. Having an ice machine was extremely helpful.

A little slice of heaven

This property is amazing. He had 9 absolutely gorgeous days there. Condo was perfect but the view of the Gulf is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and spacious! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! I was very pleased with how thorough and informative Stephan was throughout the process of renting his condo. He always was quick to provide information and answer any questions I had. We really enjoyed our vacation and will be returning in the near future! Thank you Stephan for making our first trip to PCB relaxing and enjoyable!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Stephen was great and even gave us a call before our arrival to make our check in as seamless as possible. Majestic Towers is in a great location and beautiful property. The condo was clean for the most part, could use a good deep cleaning ie: lots of sand under the beds and couches, and small fridge possibly has mold. Wasn’t an issue for us we didn’t need it. Would stay here again!

Overall was a nice place to stay. Big bedrooms and great location. The condo could use a deep clean. There were mildew/mold spots on shower curtain and around bottom of shower door. Some questionable areas in fridge/freezer.

Stephan was wonderful to work with. He was so helpful with everything. The condo was just as pictured, very pretty and the view was amazing. The condo complex was great, it had a small market and a bar and grill. Also there were 3 or 4 pools all very nice. We had a great time and hope someday to stay again.

After a family vacation to Panama City, we decided to have a beach condo retreat to enjoy the beautiful beach and sunsets. We have found the location, and the Majestic Resort to be a perfect combination for rest and relaxation.
