Beautifully decorated cottage in the heart of Mount Pleasant. Centrally located between downtown Charleston (7 miles) and the beaches of Sullivan's Island (3 miles) and Isle of Palms (7 miles). Within walking distance to the many restaurants and bars on Shem Creek and beautiful historic homes in the Old Village. This cottage features 2 bedrooms (Queen) and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, family room (with sleeper sofa). Large private-fenced backyard with patio and large firepit and Weber Charcoal grill.

Amazing property in gorgeous neighborhood

This home was just perfect for our stay. The backyard was an oasis and our children loved playing and watching the squirrels and butterflies. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed, the beds and towels were so comfortable. Messages were responded to quickly.. we cant wait to come back and stay again!!

Shem Creek Cottage

This cottage is a beautiful and comfortable home in a great location! The backyard was a great bonus - tranquil, fenced, and well-landscaped with multiple seating areas. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and areas to walk; additionally, it is extremely convenient to downtown Charleston!.

Shem Creek Cottage

This Shem Creek Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. The location is very convenient to Shem Creek, downtown Charleston, and the rest of Mount Pleasant. It is a very safe and peaceful location with plenty of places to walk; the fenced in backyard is very private and a very relaxing retreat. The home was immaculate and was arranged very comfortably; it had all of the amenities that you would need in a home away from home!.

Shem creek cottage

A VRBO is all about location, but then there are those VRBOs that not only want to make you book but make it yours forever. The location, peaceful , and nestled in a safe neighborhood where one can walk in the morning and be greeted with others enjoying the location. The layout of the cottage both from the front yard with the large spreading trademark of a live oak to the secluded and spacious lay out of the backyard provided everything you’d want at you fingertips, all the modern amenities and charm. Definitely a refreshing vacation location and cottage!

Great house

This was a great vacation house. It was well decorated and had a wonderful outside area for relaxing in the evening. It was an easy drive to many of the local attractions. We felt like we experienced true southern hospitality.

Alhambra wedding

Our grown children joined us for a family wedding weekend in Mt. Pleasant. The VRBO was very nice and professional. There were some basic supplies provided - shampoo, coffee, etc All 5 of us enjoyed staying there - we could walk to a few restaurants and to get supplies. Ubering was easy - Charleston was close by and really fun to explore. The beach was also close by and lovely.

Mt. Pleasant Gem!

My husband and I loved our stay at this gem of a property. It is so well appointed from the sheets to the furnishings! If you like staying in Mt. Pleasant as we do, you will love the location. It is so close to Shem Creek and easy to get to downtown as well. We will definitely be returning to this home!

Wonderful house and great location

What a great spot in Mount Pleasant! We loved our time there. Wonderful house, great host and super convenient location. The house is absolutely lovely and well-stocked. We brought our bikes and explored Old Village, coffee shops and cute cafes. We were very close to Daniel Island for the Charleston Open. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house - super conveniently located !

My husband and I drove up from Hilton Head and met our adult daughter from Ohio for a short getaway. Jonathan’s house is located close to everything, super convenient to all our planned destinations and was just perfect. They’ve thought of everything for their guests and even supplied firewood for the outdoor fireplace. Beautifully decorated - the pictures don’t do this home justice, we felt at home the minute we walked through the door. Kitchen stocked, wonderful bedding and super comfy spaces. Our daughter had to dial into work, and the separate office space afforded privacy for her calls that we didn’t expect. Tons of great recommendations from the owner, just fantastic.
