This is two bedroom condo located at Sunday River Skiway Resort. Come and experience being on the mountain. Once you get here you can park your car and relax for the whole time you are here. Ski-in Ski-out be right at the resort. This condo is in the building closest to the pool building. North Peak offers one of the best outdoor heated pools. Rental ski locker located in the lower level of the building. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Excellent stay!

The property was great! The living space was very comfortable and wonderfully furnished. The access to the mountain was excellent, just a few stairs and we were on a trail. It was a perfect choice for a three generation trip to Sunday River.

Comfortable condo and easy hill access

This condo was comfortable for the 4 of us. Comfortable big sectional, user friendly gas fireplace and nice kitchen. The best part was the easy access to the hill and chairlift. Lockers in basement to store skis and change very convenient. We would stay again.

Nice and clean ski on/off

Very nice place, comfortable couch and beds. Spacious with nice furnishings, clean and convenient. True ski on/off, you walk up one flight of stairs and on trail. Ski right down to the Chondola. Highly recommended!! Regards Walter

Peaceful, quiet vacation location

Ski in/ Ski out awesome location. Super convenient/ well stocked kitchen. beds/ couch are comfy. Bring extra blankets. Says for 8 people- but only 1 bathroom so warn your family. also in SR- if you plan to eat out plan super early. things close/ book up quickly.

March 2025 review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo unit was great and had everything we needed for a great stay. My only compliant is a bad experience sharing the pool with other guests. We have stayed at North Peak many times and this had never happened before. There were some young adults drinking excessively, vaping, swearing, making out, jumping dangerously, etc. while we were using the pool. These guests seemed unconcerned about doing this around the many young children in the pool and the experience was uncomfortable. Some families left the pool. They left their drink cans scattered around the pool deck. In the evenings there doesn’t seem to be anyone present to make sure people are following the pool rules and making sure it is a safe and comfortable space for all of the guests who are paying to be there.

Modern slopeside rental

Great Time!

We had a great time. We loved being truly ski in / ski out. There is parking for one car so we shuttled the second car back and forth to the main south peak lot.

Spring ski

The actual condo was very nice. Clean quiet and comfortable . Would have liked additional towels for pool since we had to use bath towels Kitchen was great and we were able to cook no problem. Stocked with essentials to make a meal but bring your own spices Ski / boot storage was not ideal. We just left gear in vehicle. Which worked out fine because parking was close to building Slopes were a staircase away and quick run to the lift base area Overall kids had a great time and we would stay here again! Really only complaint was the building and pool area were dated. Also the main stairwell had a funky smell probably from a season of usage and needed to be aired out. * (that did not impact our actual condo)

The locker area for equipment storage is very convenient and extremely clean, however, one locker was tight for our family of four- 2 ski and 2 snowboard. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked. The living room has streaming and cable, and the couch is Amazing!! Cons: The bathroom is tight, and no tv in primary bedroom. Overall, excellent unit- 5 stars!

Condo review

Condo was super clean with a well eqipped kitchen. Our grandkids loved the heated pool. We loved the close location to the pool and ski in ski out trailside. I am looking forward toreturning next season

Perfect spot

We have friends who own a condo in the same complex so we've been here a bunch and we love it here. This condo is very cute and was perfect for the 4 of us (kids 4 & 5). The building is small enough so it’s easy to walk in and out with the kids without a long walk. My first complaint is we had a full dishwasher with dirty dishes in it. No big deal really. I ran it and they still came out dirty so I took them out and hand washed. Again not a huge deal, but it’s not exactly cheap to stay so it’s something that I feel shouldn’t be. I also sent a message asking about early check in and never got a response. These are not deal breakers for us but justifying my 4/5 stars.

Great location with great amenities!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very pleasant. There were a couple issues with tidying/cleaning but overall, well maintained and cleaned. I wasn’t terribly impressed with communication as the manager was very helpful and quick to respond prior to and during check-in, but never responded when I mentioned the cleanliness issues. The unit is well appointed with excellent amenities to make your stay comfortable and is well positioned on the mountain. Despite the minor issues mentioned, I would stay again and would recommend this rental.

All around good place to stay if you’re looking for ski in ski out.

Our family of four enjoyed this stay at Sunday River. Kitchen is well stocked, condo is on the first floor, so it’s easy access in and out. We were bummed the outdoor heated pool was closed our first night there, but it was open the next day. Communication is super easy if you need anything while you’re there. Bring extra blankets for laying on the big couch. We enjoy our time here. - C

Awesome slopside condo

Amazing location, right off Dream Maker trail. Very convenient ski lockers/racks. Only downside was one parking pass(we had 2 cars). Condo itself was tastefully renovated and very enjoyable. Pool looked great, even though we didn't use it. Overall, we like to return next year.

Great Spot right on the Mountain

We really enjoyed our stay. While there was one small issue, the property management team was always available. The unit was super clean and bright. The location was perfect to get on the hiking trails.

Highly recommend!

Extremely well re-modeled unit providing modern finishes in a cozy setting. Great location right on the slopes. Condo was very clean and furbished with all the necessities. Full kitchen with pots/pans, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. Large sectional couch was extremely comfortable. Had a slight issue with the key and gaining entrance, but property management was responsive and helpful. Overall highly recommend!
