The other three bedrooms are equipped with bunk beds, each with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, providing comfortable accommodations for all.

• Bathrooms: With 3.5 bathrooms in total, every guest is assured both comfort and convenience.

• Outdoor Living: Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the private deck, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes. The ski trail is just steps away, offering unparalleled access to the slopes for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer and fall.

o Coffee / Coffee Maker: Both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available for your use. Please bring your own coffee and filters.
o Linens / Toiletries: Linens, towels, pillows, and bedding are provided for your stay. A starter set of toiletries, including bath soap and shampoo/conditioner, is supplied. Please bring any additional personal toiletries you may need.

• Pets: Pets, including emotional support animals, are not permitted on the property. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

• Security: The property is equipped with exterior security cameras that record both audio and video. These cameras are primarily in place as a theft deterrent. The cameras are not monitored continuously and should not be relied upon for personal safety. No cameras are positioned inside. Camera Locations: Front and back door
