Do you plan on staying between Oct 15 and March 15, and don’t need to whole house, ask me how you can qualify for a cleaning and linen refund. This is very appealing for someone looking to only use 1-2 bedrooms.
This townhome has all the comforts of home and all the charm of a beach property. Located in Surf City near the canals, this home offers easy access to the sound and private beach access. Not only that it has a community pool.
As you walk into this town home you will find a second living area, with smart TV, attached are two King size bedrooms with ensuite.
On the living area you will find the third Master suite, with an ensuite as well. King bed. Plenty of seating for everyone in the living area and a wrap around deck with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.
In the loft you will find the 4th bedroom, here you will find a queen bed, a bunk set and a murphy queen bed.
Outdoor shower is there for your convenience. Also in outdoor storage you will find some chairs, toys, small umbrella, corn hole and a wagon.
As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, "starter" items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve
A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
