Looking for a home that allows you to have fun while on vacation? Look no further. Home In One Scottsdale is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is large enough to accommodate families for vacations, friends for golfing and extended girls trips. Enjoy the heated pool in the winter (NO additional fee), ping pong table, putting green, bags (corn hole) game or work from the den.

Located in a prestigious neighborhood in North Scottsdale. Home In One provides luxury, style and comfort during your visit. The house is over 2,800 square feet on two levels. This house includes four large bedrooms all with king beds.

The pool has an attached spa which is not like a hot tub. It has jets and is warmed liked the pool, however it does not heat like a hot tub. The pool is heated from November to May. A heated pool is not like a hot tub and can range from 80-85 degrees.

There are outdoor security cameras that record sound and video. These are monitored when there are noise complaints from the neighbors. They are also monitored full time when no one is in the house.

Great Trip

Our Family of 4 plus 2 Grandparents had an awesome time! Pool was amazing but our boys really loved the putting area. We will be back.

Nice stay

Overall, we had a very nice stay at this property. The only downside was the pool cover. It was dirty and when we removed it from the pool, all of the dirt dumped into the pool. We tried leaving the cover off, but the host asked us to put it on at night. It was difficult to move/install and torn in several places. We put it back on and didn't use the pool again.

Masters Week 2024!

This home was a perfect fit for our group of four in Scottsdale for a golf weekend. The 4 bedroom set up allowed each guest to have plenty of room. Backyard offered a pool, hot tub and the putting green was fun. Kitchen and dining areas were spacious and had all the appliances, glassware, silverware you would expect and need. Very pleased with this home and its location to golf courses and restaurants we visited. Host was nice and responsive to inquiries, but everything was well planned and communicated which made this a very easy vrbo home to just drop in and relax and enjoy. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to rebook again in the future.

Great Location

We enjoyed the location of the property. We wish the heated pool was working because we anticipated on being at the house more to enjoy relaxing by the pool. Our party had to make sure we spaced out our showers because the hot water ran out very fast.

Very nice property

This property was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow for use of the pool but the backyard was beautiful and our group really enjoyed the putting green. The host was very attentive and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Scottsdale!

Perfect Stay!

This home is the perfect spot to unwind! Everything was clean & exactly as advertised. The beds were amazing & bedrooms were very spacious. The living areas were also large and all furniture was so comfortable. The pool and putting green were perfect for outdoor relaxation as well as the covered patio area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinners. The location of this home is close to Old Town, Kierland shopping & the grocery store was only 5 minutes away. We will for sure be back! Thank you for letting enjoy your beautiful property!

The home is located in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood with many things to see and do so close by.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We completely re-vamped the backyard by resurfacing the pool and putting in a putting green. We made sure there was plenty of beds in the house and chose king beds for families and couples traveling together.
