For your safety (and ours), we've got four outdoor cameras monitoring the front, pool, porch, and putting green areas. Please note, tampering with them will lead to immediate eviction without a refund and reported to Airbnb.

To finalize your reservation, you'll need to sign a lease agreement via DocuSign. The agreement reflects our house rules and will be sent to your email. No exceptions.

Quiet Hours:

Respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 9pm-8am. No sound systems or speakers are provided. Violations can result in a $500 immediate fine and up to $10,000 in City fines. Severe breaches may lead to eviction without a refund.

Pets & Smoking:

No pets or smoking allowed. Evidence of smoking or vaping incurs a $500 fee.

Emotional support animals are welcome with a $250 additional cleaning charge.

Property Care:

Please leave the home as you found it, aside from normal wear and tear.

Removing pool cleaners or causing damage will result in charges.

Lost Items:

We're not responsible for lost items, but if found, there's a $25 fee plus shipping for returns.

Liability:

The owner is not responsible for any injuries or damage to guests or their belongings during the stay.

Pool Safety:

The pool is unfenced, and parents must supervise children under 14. There is no lifeguard, and neither the owner nor agents are liable for pool-related incidents.
