Hi! My name is Allison and I live in Clearwater with my husband, my 2 children (5 and 7) and my mom. We moved to Clearwater about 4 years ago and have really enjoyed living here. We started hosting vacation rentals last year and now have four. Each one has been lovingly put together with all the amenities we would want at a holiday home. We go the extra mile and pride ourselves in creating an experience that's easy, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable. I hope you have a wonderful stay!

This home is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood yet is 2-5 minutes from the major roads leading anywhere you want to go in Tampa Bay. It's within 15 minutes of some of the best rated beaches in America as well as shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

There is a very large private back yard with a big deck, pool and an enclosed hot tub, seating area and dining on the deck. The inside is fully remodeled with lovely art, large smart TVs (with HBO and Disney + provided) and a brand new Play Station 5 with 2 controllers for game time. It has fast wifi and a dedicated work space with a printer. The kitchen is fully set up with Keurig coffee machine and all pods, cream, sweeteners and tea assortment provided for your whole stay. There is a full set of pots and pans, baking dishes, cooking and baking utensils, full spice rack, kettle, chef knives, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses and wine glasses for 8. There is even a pizza cutter and cork screw as well as mixing bowls, measuring spoons and cups and all the basics we could think of. Each bedroom has room darkening curtains, new memory foam mattresses, upscale bedding and extra pillows and blankets. The bathrooms have fluffy towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair driers, make up remover towels and tissue for your visit. There is a new washer and dryer with laundry pods provided as well as pool towels.
