I've been a Sacramento native for over 33 years and Christina is originally from southern CA. We moved away briefly to El Cerrito in the East Bay for employment. What stood out for us there was that the people there were exceptionally kind and considerate (not to say that El Cerrito was the only place with these people :)). Though we enjoyed it there, we've always known in our hearts that Sacramento was home. After a couple of years, we had an opportunity to move back to Sacramento so we took it. We decided to settle in Carmichael because we felt the same vibes like in El Cerrito, and it's a large enough property that we can grow into. Over the years, we've added many updates and personal design features that we love. We hope that you'll enjoy them too should you decide to stay with us!

• No drugs or marijuana (legal/illegal) on the property;
• No pets are allowed;
• We have a professional pest control service every month.
The property is situated on over 1/3rd acre lot. On rare occasions, bugs, spiders, etc. may wander in. We've notice this during extreme heated months (mostly Summers). We've made every effort to keep our home clean for your comfort. Please feel free to reach out to the hosts should you have any questions/concerns. Thank you!
