This updated, third-floor condo offers everything you need for a Destin getaway - an unbeatable oceanfront location, a private balcony, a stylish interior & a location within a few minutes’ drive of shopping, dining, amenities & other attractions.

Wake up each morning on your balcony with some coffee and the sea breeze. The beach is just downstairs, so slip into your swimsuit and head for the sand after breakfast. The modern, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a snap & there’s room to grab a bite at the dining table or kitchen barstools. After a day in the sun, cool off at home in the central air-conditioning while you watch a little TV in the comfortable living room. Use the free WiFi to post the day’s beach pics to social media, then tuck the little ones into the fun hallway bunks. End the night back outside on your balcony, but this time toasting your good luck at booking the perfect Destin escape.

BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Gillade: Incheckning, plats och annonsens riktighet
We stayed at this property from October 1 to October 3. While the location was beautiful, the overall experience was disappointing.The negatives:‱The bed was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.‱The pools were a bit dirty, which took away from what could have been a relaxing experience.‱The ice maker didn’t work, which was inconvenient during our stay.The positives:‱The condo is right on the beach, and there are chairs and umbrellas available for rent.‱There’s a nice tiki bar on-site along with three pools and two hot tubs.‱The views of the Gulf from the balcony are stunning, and the beach food was excellent.‱There were beach toys available for the kids, which was a thoughtful touch and made their time on the beach even more enjoyable.Even with the great location and amenities, the lack of care and maintenance was noticeable. This was our second stay at a Vacasa-managed property, and both times the experience fell short. In the future, we’ll book directly with an owner-operator instead.

Pelican Beach Resort

The only thing I liked was the swimming pool. Everything else was not too swift. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work, the shower curtain liner in the master shower had black mold on it, and their wasn't a washer/dryer in the condo. We had to pay to wash our clothes across the hall which was crap, the freezer made an overabundance of ice cubes, so every time we opened the freezer, ice cubes fell on the floor. We got told one day when we walked over next door by the beach that we were on "private property" and had to move over to our side. Total crap! For the money I paid for me and my daughter to have a weekkend together turned out to be not so good. We will never come back to this condo or the Destin area.

Perfect!

All we needed was food! Great great views and my family and I had the best time. The entire condo was clean and we had 0 issues. We will stay here again.
