Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project focused on enhancing all balconies and walkways. Renovations are taking place Monday through Friday and some Saturdays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting after Labor Day 2025, guests may notice construction and dust during work hours. The balcony for this unit will be closed from October 6 through December 23, 2025, for upgrades. You’ll still be able to enjoy the views through the windows, but the balcony itself will not be accessible during this time. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the property.
