This is a great house in north Phoenix, close to shopping, food, and anything you could need, the house was spacious and comfortable, and the host , Ron, was very easy to get ahold of, and a great host. Will stay there again, I’m sure!

Great, Quiet, Stay

My son’s and I really enjoyed the stay at this property. We stayed here to go watch supercross. Property was very clean and in a pretty quiet area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at and the best one in Phoenix. Location and price were great for us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was awesome. Everything you could want including the small condiments that others don’t have(like salt, some spices, sugar, ketchup, etc.). Outdoor spaces were great. Would definitely try to rent again if we come back.

Awesome place! Perfect for Super Bowl weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating. Plenty of space for 3 people. 30-45 min drive to most areas.

This is a mice location. It is an older property, but well maintained. The property manager was quick to answer questions and very accommodating.

Terrific stay at Ron's place

Very clean and well stocked with amenities, especially a lovely selection of tea. The property is in a quiet area and we slept well. Also, it is near to stores and a few good restaurants. All-in-all a great place to relax and rest from visiting with relatives and sightseeing in the area.

Just what we needed

We needed a quick booking close to our sports tournament. This home was perfect! Convenient, and homey! We needed an option to bring my pup, even though we did not end up bringing him, felt good to have the option.
