The bedroom has a King bed and there are 2 daybeds in the living room for extra sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room and bedroom have large smart TVs. Enjoy the patio facing the mountains. Parking is free. Dogs welcome! Pack 'n Play and high chair also available.

Enjoy Old Town La Quinta for a delicious meal or for shopping just 5 minute walk away. Just 7 miles from Coachella, 4 miles from Indian Wells Tennis and 5 miles from Stagecoach. It’s the perfect spot to stay at while enjoying the festivals!

The condo is in the same complex as the Embassy Suites Hotel, but is not associated with it. The public is welcome to the restaurant inside but do not have access to the gym or their indoor pool.

There is ample parking around the complex. There are no assigned spaces, but you can park anywhere around the condos or hotel (unless the space is marked as reserved for hotel staff, which only a few are).

This mid-century styled condo is designed to be super comfortable with contemporary artwork and vintage touches for visual flair. Perfect for a couples getaway, or bring the kids and they can each sleep in their own comfy daybed in the living room. Or enjoy a friend’s getaway or business trip. We also offer a pack n play with organic bedding and blanket and a high chair with kid’s dishes so everyone will be comfy! The condo can accommodate 4 guests comfortably and dogs welcome too!

Sit out on the patio when the day cools off overlooking the Santa Rosa Mountains.

The bedroom offers a Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Slide into the soft organic sheets and blankets and close the velvet room darkening curtains to get a great night’s rest. Plenty of room in the large walk-in closet to hang clothes or place in the dresser. There's also a safe in the bedroom closet for your valuables. Enjoy the 55” smart TV will full HD cable plus premiums or log into your favorite apps to catch up on your shows. Full size desk to get a bit of work down in style.

Relax in the living room and enjoy the 55” smart tv with the Ultimate package from Frontier including premium channels. On cool nights fire up the electric fireplace by just turning a knob. Check out the bar area with the vintage ice bucket and glassware as well as stemware for cocktails.

The kitchen is fully stocked to eat in, including organic olive oil, organic mayo, ketchup, an assortment of mustards as well as organic black pepper in a grinder and Himalayan salt. Coffeemaker, pour-over, french press or stovetop espresso maker along with organic Italian roast coffee, including decaf and espresso beans as well as organic sugar and coconut sugar with half and half singles. Blender, toaster, tea kettle, and dishwasher too. Sit at one of the mid-century replica stools at the bar with swivel seats to eat or work on your laptop. USB ports throughout with USBc ports as well and fast wifi.

There is also a double stack washer and dryer right in the kitchen for ease of use and non-toxic Puracy laundry soap, stain remover and oxy whitener.

The condo is situated in a very walkable area, with a Walk Score of 81 out of 100 and Old Town with restaurants and shopping just a 5 minute walk across the street.

However, there is minimal public transportation services available nearby.

If driving in, there is plenty of parking in the complex as well as EV chargers for your use.

If flying in the best option is to rent a car.

Lyft and Uber are also good to get around.

The area has a Bike Score of 50 out of 100 so more for just enjoying a nice ride when the weather is nice. Bike rentals are available.

You will have access to 4 outdoor pool and spa areas. Pool and spa hours are 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

The patio seating right out the front door is for your use only. There is a condo just next door that shares the same level and you may see their guests sitting out there, just fyi.

There is a safe inside the closet for your valuables. Just follow the instructions right on the front to create your own unique code to use while here.

Free parking is available on site.

There are two EV charging stations near the entrance to the hotel that you are welcome to use IF you have a Tesla. They are there for hotel guests but because Tesla installed them, all Teslas are welcome to use. Please note that these are pay stations and you will need to download the appropriate apps, etc. on your own devise to use them.

MAIL/PACKAGES: Sorry, we are not able to receive packages for you at the condo nor is any mail or package able to be delivered to the condo's address. You can utilize Amazon lockers (there are several in or near La Quinta) or contact the local post office if you need to have a package or mail delivered.
