Your stay will include a boat slip at Deerfield Cove Marina, along with a boat launch in the neighborhood development.

Each room offers a queen bed with white linens, a plush duvet, and pillows. Relax on the top deck balcony with incredible space for entertaining; furnished with two sun lounge chairs, a dining table with a fire pit for eight, and a grill. The downstairs balcony is a perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset or soak in the hot tub under the stars. There are two living areas, perfect for multiple families to enjoy privacy and space. The downstairs living area is equipped with a 70" TV -- perfect to watch your favorite team or a movie night. A pool table and tons of games are available to entertain the kids! Josh might be the nicest, most accommodating host I’ve ever dealt with. From his willingness to adapt his booking to our needs, to his lightning quick and thorough responses.. it was so easy and not to mention his home is a dream. The view is beautiful, it’s quiet and private, and super close to the marina. Would 10000% book again.

Great lakeside trip with family

We had a great stay in this house on our favorite lake in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Our kids loved hanging out in the downstairs area with the pool table and large TV, and the hot tub was a nice perk under the beautiful stars as well. We did not use the boat slip, as we had family renting down the street with their own dock, so I cannot speak to that piece. There are just a couple of things I would clarify about the listing: I would not say this house has a “gym,” if you are looking for that. What we found was a yoga mat and a pair of 10-lb weights. I would also note that the WiFi is limited to a certain number of users, so we had to kick our kids off devices if we wanted to use it ourselves, which was not necessarily a bad thing. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this house. There was great communication from the host, and the welcome gift was such a nice added touch!
