Great stay

This place was a perfect fit for our family of four. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. Our host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect For Our Palm Desert Stay

This property was exactly what we were hoping for while staying in the Coachella Valley. My company of four enjoyed the space, the amenities (including the hot tub enjoyed by my two relatives from Milwaukee), and the convenience of getting in and out of the beautiful Ironwood Resort. We did have a problem getting in the unit initially but a call to Krista helped us resolve our predicament; she picked up the phone right away. Krista was so receptive to our needs, especially in getting visitors on the front gate list (and we had several visitors); she always responded promptly and positively. All my guests commented on how the condo was well equipped and spacious. I will definitely book Krista's condo if I return to the area and recommend it to our friends and family. I have to mention a couple of things though. A shelf in the master's bedroom came undone due to screws that weren't properly installed into the wall. When I reported it, Krista responded right away and was going to have her handyman fix it. The other thing that I noticed one evening when the neighbor next door was having company was that the walls downstairs might be a bit thin as I was hearing all the conversations especially from the downstairs bathroom; the party ended before 11 p.m., so I did not lose sleep due to it. This condo was an awesome place to stay in Palm Desert; I highly recommend it. Thank you Krista, for having it available for us to stay.

Great location for tennis fans

Property was in a great gated neighborhood very conveniently located for getting to the tennis venue. Clean, quiet and perfect size for 2 couples. We stayed a week and owner was prompt to answer a few questions we had throughout the week. Would definitely rent again if we have the chance.

Perfect location

We loved the location and the property unfortunately we were forced to park our 24’ RV off property and that presented a minor inconvenience. Flowers for the security staff made the inconvenience workable.
