The Space:
Pacific Retreat by Ronival is a beautiful 3 BR condo located in the exclusive community of Mavila. This unique village-style community offers a sense of peace and relaxation. Pacific Retreat is a ground-floor condo that is just steps away from the community swimming pool. This brand-new condo has been carefully decorated and features a unique open concept that includes a comfortable and stylish living area, as well as a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a cozy private indoor patio that is perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests.

Bedroom arrangements:
- Master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart Tv, ensuite bathroom and sliding doors that open to indoor terrace.
- Guest bedroom - Features a king size bed, next to a full bathroom and smart Tv.
- 2nd Guest bedroom - Includes 2 full beds, ample closet, ensuite bathroom and smart Tv.

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and dining area, provides everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. The living room is perfect and has a pull out bed for extra space. Perfect place for relaxing after a day of exploring all that Cabo has to offer. With comfortable furnishings and plenty of space to spread out, you'll feel right at home. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer within the condo.

Getting Around:
We highly recommend renting a car so you can take advantage of the resorts facilities. Please consider that Ubers are not allowed on the property and it’s a far walk out of the community to get a Taxi/Uber. Also, there are 2 security checkpoints where you will need to register before entering the complex.

Other Things to Note:
Mavila is a brand new community and there might be some construction noise. The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who are stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas.

Mavila Club BBQ grill is restricted for owner use only and using it as a guest has a penalty of $150 USD

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
