A brand-new addition and thoughtful remodel bring two additional bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, and a stunning 960 sq. ft. great room with an open kitchen and dining area. Soaring picture windows frame the Fall River and surrounding forest, bringing the outdoors in at every turn.

Unwind with a smart TV (stream your favorite apps), cozy up by the 2 fireplaces (BYO firewood), or step outside onto the wraparound deck that spans three-quarters of the cabin and sits right along the water’s edge. The fully equipped kitchen, 2 washer/dryers, and 6-person hot tub make it easy to relax and settle in.

Perfect for families, this cabin also features new outdoor fun—a kids’ obstacle course, swings, and a private sandy beach along the river for summer days filled with sandcastles, sunbathing, and the calming sounds of flowing water.

Please note: By booking, guests agree to assume all liability for injuries on the property and to follow all hot tub rules. Additional cleaning or damage fees ($300) may apply—please treat the space with care (hot tub rules are included in photos).

4WD IS required in winter (for your own good)!! Please remember snow is unpredictable and we do not control it. PLEASE park at the top of the driveway if conditions are slick from snow and ice. We are NOT responsible for any damage done your vehicle or for your vehicle getting stuck.

Guests enjoy full access to all 5 private acres. Owners may occasionally stop by the barn but will not approach the cabin during your stay. Please respect neighboring properties and practice outdoor safety—wildlife is present, and food or trash should never be left outside.

Mountain cabin notice: Snow conditions are unpredictable. 4WD/4×4 is required in winter. In heavy snow, driving to the cabin may not be possible and a short walk may be necessary. We are not responsible for vehicle damage or vehicles getting stuck.

We do utilize a plow service, but snow removal timing is not guaranteed.

Please note: the cylinder wood burning stove in the kitchen photos is no longer there.

Due to Clear Creek County regulations, grills are not permitted for short-term rentals. Thank you for understanding.

For everyone’s safety, outside fires, firearms, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. With record-low snowfall this year, fire danger is extremely high—let’s work together to keep this land pristine and fire-free.

To maintain harmony with our neighbors and protect our septic system, events and large gatherings are not allowed.

The property uses satellite internet, which can occasionally be spotty—perfect for unplugging, reconnecting, and enjoying the surroundings.

If anything comes up during your stay, please reach out right away. We kindly ask that guests give our team the opportunity to address concerns in real time so we can ensure you have the best experience possible. While we’re always happy to help, we’re unable to offer financial adjustments for issues that can be resolved during your stay.
