Sandy days and poolside nights are yours at this beautiful beach house! Enjoy this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, pet friendly home just a mile from the beach. The house was recently renovated and has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. You will have a spacious back yard with a HEATED pool to enjoy the cool nights and plenty of room inside for the whole family. Conveniently located near Atlantic and Neptune beach for some shopping and fun!
Single level house is built for entertaining and relaxing with a fantastic outdoor area, fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated dining room. The home sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms.
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

Please inquire about early check-in or late check-out at the time of booking as cleanings are scheduled when the booking happens and cannot be re-scheduled.

Street parking is not allowed in this residence for short term rentals however we do have space for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and garage.
All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets. Please ask about pets before booking.
