This lovely house is set on the 7th hole on Fresno’s Sunnyside Golf Country Club. Plenty of space with 4 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath with private pool to cool off on those hot summer days. Beautiful view of the Sunnyside Golf course as you sit and relax on the couch or as you cook up breakfast or dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Beautifully renovated with just a short drive to the Fresno Yosemite airport, Shaver Lake, Millerton Lake and Bass Lake. Other close attractions are Yosemite National Park, Sequoia National Park, Table Mountain Casino and Chuckchansi Resort and Casino.

This is a no party property. No smoking or illegal substances allowed anywhere on the property.

Wedding

Lovely, large house with great location near the Country Club. Communication with the host was very good. We were disappointed to hear right before our stay that the outdoor firepit wasn't working. It may be a cultural thing, but we thought it odd that no top sheets or wash cloths were provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to our wedding venue.

Perfect Little Christmas

My family rented the home for a family Christmas gathering. The property was absolutely amazing! The home was very clean and the owners very personable and helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet. Will most certainly consider this home again for any future stays in Fresno.

Lovely family weekend!

Our family chose this home because we wanted space for adults and teens to spread out while we visited with local friends - a space that would feel like a real vacation for all. It was more than we expected...a pristine and beautiful home in a safe and convenient neighborhood. We didn't need to leave for anything and were so appreciative of all the extra touches that made us feel welcome and the weekend feel special!

Family Vacation

We stayed here as part of a family trip to California. The home was clean and comfortable and the property manager was very easy to reach and provided all the information we needed for our stay. The setting was private and relaxing and the pool was amazing and very clean. There is an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom sinks but they are addressing and we’re open about it. The pressure in the showers though are great so we were totally fine and it was not an issue. We spent much of our time traveling to the national parks and this home was a great location for us as we wanted to be close to the parks but still have a home where we could enjoy a hot summer day by the pool. It’s close to all amenities like restaurants and shopping. I would recommend to families for sure as it is so spacious and provides ample space to relax but the perfect setting to enjoy togetherness.

Amazing house and backyard

I stayed here for five days with my family, as we were in town for a wedding. The house is very modern and clean. The house is located in a safe neighborhood with a CVS and grocery store within 5 mins. All the beds were so comfortable. Plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies to use. The backyard and pool was a hit! But some things to mention is, the water pressure in the bathrooms sucked- it was basically a trickle. There are so many light switches and outlets and some of them don’t even work, it was very confusing. And then we had a hard time regulating the thermostat. But overall we had a great time and I would recommend this house to anyway looking to stay in the Fresno area!

Great house/wonderful stay

We were a group of four adults and the house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the putting green. House is clean and updated and owners do a nice job with welcoming touches to make the stay extra nice. We were in the area to visit good friends for Easter and would definitely hope to book this house again if back in the area

Family, Football & Forests

My family had a great long weekend in Fresno celebrating Thanksgiving, Fresno St. Football, and exploring the big trees in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Jaime &Deanne’s home was a great place to hangout, relax and stepping out to the local attractions. All of us truly enjoyed their hospitality and the cool California ranch. Beautifully decorated and great yard and location. Had everything we needed for the thanksgiving feast and to enjoy our time around the pool and patio. Jaime & Deanne had some nice wine, beverages and snacks waiting on us. They answered all our questions and provide some great recommendations for dining and shopping. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.
