Location does not get any better to enjoy the beach life w/ amazing views & a large rooftop balcony. This condo overlooks the pool & sparkling Gulf water/white sand beach & is wonderfully appointed with stylish decor & 2 king bedrooms. The balcony is a clear selling point w/ high end furniture where you can sit & see views from the table or lounge in a chaise & sunbathe. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs & the living room features a 65in TV. Vacation doesn’t get much better, enjoy!
This beautiful, beachy condo is located right in front of Upham beach with gorgeous views and features to make your stay amazing. The primary feature is the large rooftop deck with high end furniture, where you can spend mornings bathing in the sun or evenings sipping a cocktail and watching the sunset. Just down the stairs is the year round heated pool and you are literally just a couple steps to the beach access from there.
There are two king bedrooms with high end, new foam mattresses and one beautifully remodeled bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with glass and melamine dishes so you can enjoy eating inside, as well as on the deck or by the pool. We have everything else in the kitchen you may need such as pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, crock pot etc...
The living room features a 65 inch smart TV and leather sofa, which folds out into a queen size memory foam sleeper. From the sofa, you can look out over the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
On a rare rainy day, you can still enjoy proximity to bars and restaurants, or stay in and enjoy playing board games or reading a book (which we supply at the condo).
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 parking pass will be provided with the condo, but MUST be returned upon checkout. Failure to return parking pass upon checkout will result in a $200 replacement fee. This is a physical pass that cannot be used on a golf cart, scooter, motorcycle (open air and leaving pass vulnerable to theft)
- This is a no smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
