På St Pete Beach Swimmingpool Hot Tub Nyligen ombyggd Ser helt ny ut!

Ta en titt på vår nyligen uppdaterade (november 2018) semesterbostad på andra våningen i Vistas On The Gulf. Vi är belägna direkt på den vita sandstranden i St. Pete Beach.
Vårt vardagsrum har en bekväm soffa som drar ut för att sova två. Det finns en HD 48-tums platt-TV för ditt tittande nöje. Köket är helt uppdaterat med nya apparater för din bekvämlighet. Jag har lagt till en frukostbar med en granit topp för mer utrymme att njuta av ett snabbt mellanmål. Det finns också ytterligare lådor för lagring.
Det finns ett matbord i glasskiva med nya högryggstolar (2018) med plats för upp till fyra.
Det stora sovrummet har en ny king size-säng och madrass (nov. 2018) Det stora badrummet har uppdaterats till att nu inkludera en helkaklad duschkabin och ett nytt handfat och fåfänga. Det andra mindre sovrummet har en ny queen size-säng och madrass (november 2018) och en platt-TV. Det finns många områden att titta på tv när du inte njuter av stranden, poolen och det varma florida solskenet.
Vår plats på stranden har följande bekvämligheter:
2 sovrum, befälhavaren med en king size-säng och det mindre 2: a sovrummet med en queen size-säng. Det finns en bekväm bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Du kan sova upp till sex personer.
Två badrum med dusch med ett badrum direkt från sovrummet.
En tvättmaskin / torktumlare så behöver ta med massor av kläder. Det här är så bekvämt !!

Det finns en rymlig balkong som du kan komma åt från vardagsrummet eller sovrummet. Här kan du se poolen, badtunnan och den rena vita sanden från St. Pete Beach.
Vår lägenhet ligger på Gulf Blvd och vi är ungefär en åtta minuters promenad norrut från det berömda Don Cesar Hotel & Resort. Det finns gott om strandbarer att gå till, avslappnade restauranger och shoppingområden. Vår fastighet Std. på hyreskontoret hjälper gärna till med restaurangförslag eftersom det finns några fantastiska i närheten.
Disney World i Orlando är en säker två timmars bilresa från oss medan Busch Gardens i Tampa är fyrtiofem minuter bort. Vi är trettio minuters körtid från Tampa International Airport.
Vår plats här på St. Pete är lätt att få alltifrån nästan var som helst men svårt att lämna. Så kom ner och njut av en fantastisk semester på stranden som andra har gjort. Du kommer att hata att lämna som jag alltid gör !! Livet är kort så du måste komma till The Beach !!

5 stars from start to finish

Words can’t express how amazing our stay was from start to finish. Truly 5 stars and beyond. Patrick was in touch very shortly after booking. He was so friendly and insightful regarding the property and amenities. He worked with us to help facilitate an early check-in due to a before dawn flight which was such a blessing. Yes, we were fine with a 4pm check-in so the ability to come in from the airport was beyond appreciated as we realize they are hard to come by due to cleaning schedules, etc. Check-in was so smooth. The unit itself was even better than described. Brand new appliances were installed the week prior and are gorgeous stainless steel. The unit is very clean, wonderfully appointed, comfortable beds and just beautiful overall. The balcony and views were stellar. As a family of 5 - 3 teen and tween daughters, we found the unit incredibly spacious and appreciated 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor location was easy to access by elevator or stairs. Always just a few steps to our car, the beautiful pool/ hot tub/ beach. Parking was a breeze. Staff in the rental office and maintenance staff were wonderful and provided some awesome recommendations for food and fun (Corey Ave Market was great!). We would absolutely book again. Oh and let me tell you about the sunsets- just wow! I don’t think there could be a better location. Tampa may be the lightning capital of the world but St. Pete Beach owns it for the best sunsets. Don’t even question booking, just do it.

Last minute visit

Patrick was very attentive and reached out to us, even without us reaching out to him, giving us not only the information about the property but about the area in general. We were in town for a visit with my elderly uncle and aunt and it was a last-minute after thought to stay by the beach. It was a great surprise to find this little jewel. It was comfortable clean right on the beach very well equipped we felt so comfortable that we decided to stay an additional day and not tell anyone and spent the day by the water Emily the manager on site, attended to a small issue we had with a TV immediately. You can walk to the pharmacy which has a lot of convenience items, and the Starbucks is also within walking distance. You’re right next to the Don Cesar casita and a few steps from the landmark

Lovely Location and Condo

The condo location and proximity to the beach was perfect for our stay! The condo is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals and is stocked with paper towels, linens, and basic toiletries. We loved staying here and will be back!

A Great Property

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had ever! The owner Patrick is fantastic and gives you a welcome call and all necessary check in instructions. We had an issue with the sofa sleeper during our stay and he couldn’t have been more proactive to the point of putting in new furniture! So easy to access everything from this 2nd floor unit- stairs and elevator both handy. Parking was never an issue. Steps to the pool and steps to the beach. The on site staff are also wonderful - Emily and Mark. Gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The beach is great and not crowded at all and this was spring break week. Would definitely repeat!

Family gathering

Had a great experience here. The owner reached out to make sure we were set to arrive and responded immediately when I had a question. There is also an office on site to help if needed. The location is perfect for SPB stay. The unit was immaculate and had plenty of towels, hangers, linens, etc. And VERY easy to leave-no long list of to-do's before checking out. We plan on visiting again next year. I highly recommend.

Great summer vacation

Stayed for 5 nights. Very clean and updated unit. Love all the remote check in processes. Pool is not very big but it was perfect for young kids and adults who just want to chill. You access the beach from the pool. It’s fantastic. Fished from the beach and went to bush gardens. There are so many restaurants. The location is not touristy but not dead either. There is a Publix and a starbucks too. Would stay forever if I could.

Great beach location

If you are looking for a less busy area, the Vistas is the place to be. The condo fit our needs as we try to do some cooking ourselves instead of eating out. Easy walk to the beach or to get in your car/take the Freebie to another area.

Awesome place to stay and a beautiful beach just steps away

We had a great stay in this condo. The proximity of the beach was amazing! The condo was clean and ready earlier than expected. The office gals were so nice to keep our luggage since we arrived early. We walked everywhere and used the FreeBee service to bring home groceries. Our family has been up and down the gulf coast and decided we really liked this area and will be sure to come back. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and all the recommendations prior to our visit.

OUR CONDO AT VISTAS ON THE GULF IS THE PERFECT GETAWAY FROM THE COLD UPSTATE NY WEATHER. WE CAN BE ACTIVE HERE OR JUST KICK BACK AND RELAX IN THE SUN , SURF AND SAND OF ST. PETE BEACH. WE HAVE OWNED OUR UNIT SINCE BRAND NEW IN 2003. WE HAVE MANY GUESTS WHO ARE NOW FRIENDS AND RETURN MANY TIMES THROUGH THE YEARS . WE LOVE IT HERE AND OUR HOPE IS THAT YOU WILL TOO.

WE BOUGHT UNIT 208 AT VISTAS ON THE GULF BRAND NEW IN 2003 . OUR FAMILY KNEW THE ST. PETE BEACH AREA AFTER SPENDING MANY SPRING BREAKS HERE WITH OUR CHILDREN. THIS WAS OUR CHANCE TO OWN A SMALL PIECE OF BEACH FRONT PARADISE . OUR CONDO IS THAT TO US AND WE WOULD LOVE TO SHARE IT WITH YOU, OUR GUESTS.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I offer 2 bedrooms ,the master bedroom with a king size bed (brand new in November 2018 )and the second smaller bedroom with a new (11/2018 queen size bed., There is a new pull out couch which allows you to sleep up to 6. There are 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen and eating area. There is a washer and dryer in our unit so you don't have to bring so many changes of clothes. I have added 48' flat screen TV in the living room (09/014) and a 32 ' TV in the master bedroom (09/2014) . There is also 27' flat screen TV in the 2nd smaller bedroom (09/2014) We just updated (12/2017 ) the appliances in the kitchen with a new stove and and dishwasher for your convenience .
