We loved this house! My son is obsessed with Toy Story so the Toy Story room was definitely the highlight! The Harry Potter room was such an awesome design!! We arrived on our first night to find our remote was broken and couldn’t access the TV. Host overnighted a remote to make sure we had access the next day! Our pool was nice and heated! My only complaint was the trash bags were so thin that it ripped so just make sure to bring some extras like we did!We will definitely stay again on our next Disney trip!!

Great Trip!

The house meet all of our needs, we loved it. We had an issue with the air conditioner, but it was fixed quickly. The kids loved the theme rooms and loved looking at the walls. The pool was great on the days we didn’t go to Disney and everyone had their own bathroom!

A fantastic home away from home

We had the great pleasure of staying in this amazing house for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute in it. The themed rooms, the overall maintenance level, the support and information level from the host family and the community itself was all at the highest level we have ever experienced and we would love to come back.

Fabulous family vacation

We loved our location, the amenities, and the rooms! Perfect for adults, kids and babies. Many conveniences for kids/babies, especially the travel crib, high chair, umbrella strollers, heated pool, and park right next door! Also especially loved 3 king bedrooms in addition to the bunk bedroom and queen bedroom. Convenient location and delivery services readily available (DoorDash, Instacart, etc). An amazing home all around!

Disney trip

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Great location and very responsive hosts. There are many restaurants and a Walmart nearby. The only issue we had was that the pool and hot tub heater were not working properly but the host refunded the money we paid for that service. All in all, a great place if you’re planning a Disney trip.

Wonderful family trip to Disney!

We had a wonderful week at Disney and at the villa! Highly recommend the extra cost for heated pool and spa as we used every night of trip and kids loved it! The game room and large tv in family room where hits with the kids! Very nice place with easy access to shopping, food and Disney! We loved it and Richard was very responsive!

Vacation Time

Adults and children will truly enjoy this tastefully themed home for their next vacation. Comfortable and clean. Right next to a park for the kids and only a short distance from the clubhouse/waterpark. Close to Disney and many other attractions. You will enjoy your stay in this home away from home. Great place

We had such a great time at this property. Just some slight issues with the front gate they can be a little annoying. My brother stopped by when we first arrived and was let in without any problems. On his second visit he was denied entry. But the owner and property manager help me out quickly.

Wonderful Home

The entire stay was wonderful. The host was very helpful and communicated well. We loved the house. The game room was a definite win for my sons. The house is spacious and I loved that each room has it's own bathroom. Wonderful!!! The house is accurate to the pictures, but more inviting in person. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Wonderful!!! We loved our stay here.

Amazing vacation!

This property exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation more than we could have ever asked for! The property was clean and the pictures posted do not do it justice! My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool day and night, how fun and convenient :) The grounds were clean, quiet, and safe. The resort pool was a lot of fun as well. The check in process was easy and the property manager was kind and happy to answer any questions throughout our entire stay. We cannot wait to come back!

Great choice!

I like to offer thorough reviews for those mommy’s like me who are looking for “all the things”. Pros Everything in good repair. Very clean and nice model with room for everyone. Mostly tiled. Heated the pool which was absolutely worth the extra expense. Jacuzzi was excellent. Location is very ideal to the Orlando hot spots. Evenings were quiet and neighborhood pleasant. Felt very safe with the security so thorough. Game room has AC which was great. We don’t have little kids anymore but lots of extras if you do such as stroller, high chair, pack n play. No pool cameras, which we appreciated. Living room TV & couch was excellent. Decor is very nicely done and great for the Disney fun spirit. Beds were comfy. Resort pool area very nice. Chicken tenders were excellent. (Not the burgers!) Harry Potter room has the most luxurious feel and plush bed, so parents, don’t give it away to your teen. :-) Cons (just some minor suggestions to always keep 5 stars) Had issue with door code but rectified quickly. Pool pavers need ‘weeding’, screen is full of pine needles which just subtracts from aesthetics, no impact to pool. Need end table next to sun chairs. Time to upgrade patio dining table. Bath towels very small and limited. Mattress in Mickey room is sagging in half, needs replacing but kids won’t mind. Owner Controlled thermostat which is pretty standard but we prefer evening AC a bit cooler. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towel, spices and additional tools if you’ll be cooking in the home. Overall, price reflects Disney brand and location. Check other site prices- they have the same unit and dates cheaper than Vrbo. Would 100% recommend.

BEST Disney Themed Vacation Home with Pool/Hot Tub/Themed Disney Rooms!

This is hands down the best VRBO we have ever had the pleasure of staying over the course of many years! This house made our WDW experience even more magical! Richard and Jeanne were incredible. Lightning fast responses, thorough emails including every little detail, so many extras included in the price of this house. The pool was big, the hot tub was great! Each themed bedroom was impeccably decorated and the details were amazing! The game room was incredible and had so many fun games for little kids up to teenagers, well, even us adults! This was our fourth time staying at Windsor Hills (once in another single family home, and twice in townhomes). This one was by far our favorite and exceeded our expectations! If you're looking for a Disney themed home away from home and not looking to spend the high price on the resorts at DW, close to DW (literally 12 minutes from driveway to parking lot), a home that gives everyone plenty of space, close to shopping and restaurants, close to the resort water park, then this is your vacation home!!

AMAZING PLACE !

We had the best experience with this house and the host!!! It exceeded my expectations by 100000%!!! My kids and I miss this place so much already! We had everything we needed as far as cookware, towels, they start you out with the things you need as far as paper towel, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap
 ext. we did need to get a few more of each but this was great to start with! The hosts were amazing .. anytime we had questions or any concerns they were quick to answer. Being able to use the resort ammentities at no extra charge was a huge bonus being that some resorts do charge a extra to use!! Hands down so happy and we can not wait to go back!

My wife and I are from the NJ area. Our daughters, Madison (who is 6) and now Maya (who is 1) loves to visit Walt Disney World and the Beaches. We love the attractions and the Orlando/Florida area. We decided to buy a vacation home because we needed the accommodations that hotels could not provide (kitchen and extra space!). We love to use these homes but also share the joy with others.
