Downtown Charmer

This house comfortably hosted 8 people for a weekend dance competition. We were conveniently located to downtown shops and restaurants. We will absolutely be back to stay for a ballgame!

Family stay

This property worked out great for us. We were in town for daughters Deka competition, close to venue, downtown area with shopping, restaurants, bars and baseball stadium which had fireworks 2 of the nights we stayed. The house was in perfect condition, clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect accommodations

The house is perfectly set up for kids and had all of the amenities that we needed such as iron, iron board, washer, dryer, etc…. Not to mention the beautiful accommodations and comfy beds, blankets, etc…

Quick trip for event

My family had an event to attend in Kannapolis. It was the first time traveling with our 15 month old and 6 week old. The house was perfect! Hunter was easy to work with and we would definitely book it again.

Fantastic stay!

This rental home was awesome, met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations! It was even nicer than the pictures. It was immaculate, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed Kannapolis and had an easy commute to Charlotte for our son’s wedding. Hunter is a top notch host!

We have enjoyed hosting many families already, and are excited to now offer The Sage on VRBO! It is our desire to provide an excellent home for you to stay in, one that will leave you wanting to come back. We believe that the Sage is perfectly located to many of the surrounding attractions, but best of all it is only a few steps away from Downtown Kannapolis!

The home is new construction, and is perfect for groups or families. Our families enjoy using the home and we're eager to share it with you! You'll have a great view from the porch or balcony of the ballpark and downtown. You can even see the fireworks after summertime games! You are only a short walk from the Cannon Baller Ballpark, many restaurants, breweries, boutique shops, the North Carolina Research Campus, and Village Park where you can listing the national bands through the summer. We are happy to provide a list of happenings for the time that you will be in town!
