1 mile to the golden sand of famous "surf cityâ, less than 1 mile to Bolsa Chica wetlands, 0.5 mile to the Huntington Marina and childrenâs beach or 2 miles to the Meadowlark Golf Club's beautiful par-70, 5,609-yard championship golf course means that you can walk or bike or drive to the beach & fun restaurants/shops in minutes!

Parking space in garage. There are 2 level 2 connectors for electric vehicles.

TRANSPORTATION:
Both John Wayne, and Long Beach-Daugherty Field, are less than 30 minutes, LAX is 45 minutes away. Two Orange County bus lines are within 5 minutes walk.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons with 2 occasional overnight visitors
No parties allowed without prior permission
This is a quiet family neighborhood: no noisy outdoor activities after 10 pm
No smoking anywhere indoors.
No pets allowed due to owner allergies
