As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street! This beautiful condo can sleep the whole family and friends!! Located right off 139th street surrounded by OC attractions. Just a couple streets away guests can get to the Fractured Prune, King Kone, Sushi cafe, and Old Pro Golf! Among many other restaurants, shops, and attractions!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.
