When you first arrive you'll find rules everywhere,non stop. Pretty ridiculous. It makes you feel like you're in a camp. This is not the owners but the HOA. The carpet in the unit really needs replaced. I had to wear shoes when walking on it. The lights in the hallway kept the room from being dark,black out curtains would be helpful . It's well equipped. Having an empty cabinet for food would have been nice instead of leaving all the food on the counter.

This property was amazing, has the perfect view. The beach was not to crowded, was perfect for our family get away. The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful. We had no issues during our stay and look forward to coming back again. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great vacation, perfect location!

The accommodations were very clean, and neat. The view is spectacular with a corner unit. We saw a manatee from the balcony while eating breakfast. Parking is easy and it's awesome knowing your assigned space is waiting and eliminating the stress of where you're going to park. Great communication skills pre booking, and continuing with pre check in, and the short check list for check out.

The condo was perfect and the view spectacular! The condo was very clean and exactly as described. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location. Spectacular view. The condo was clean. Communication was quick. The only negatives were, we couldn’t get the TV in the living room to work, even after following the directions that were sent. The second floor of the parking garage was being worked on so we an issue with the parking. All in all a nice place to stay. We would recommend and stay again.

View from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Condo was neat and clean. We had reserved parking, which was nice. The parking spaces are tight.

Girls trip

Very nice and relaxing stay. Great location wise to many great places to eat/shop. One negative point is the parking spaces in the garage are extremely tight.
