Free Front Row Beach Service Through October!

When we bought Emerald Isle Resort 1502, we were looking for a huge spacious balcony with perfect views of the beautiful water and beach, for elevators that work with no long wait lines, and same side of the street parking. We found a 10 rating for each of those at Emerald Isle Resort. The condo has comfortable attractive balcony furniture. The condo is equipped with appliances all less than a year old. You will enjoy recently replaced mattresses and a new sofa. The condo is very well supplied with kitchen necessities. You will fall in love with the view from the very spacious balcony. Front row beach service is included March - October. We would love for you to stay with us! Safe travels!

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, very well kept condo! Everything is as advertised and you can’t beat the stunning sunsets from the patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking is safe and secure, tight, but doable. Automatic doors from parking area into the building was nice. Elevators are nice, fast and plentiful.We stayed on 15 floor and had NO elevator issues at all. The condo is clean, smells nice, well maintained, comfortable. We especially loved the electric recliners and the reclining sofa. Getting to the pool and beach is super easy and no problems at all accessing the 2 free chair/umbrella service.Balcony area is nice. I have no complaints whatsoever with this resort or condo.

This place is amazing! They thought of everything from the beach chairs and umbrella on the beach that is included to the additional beach chairs and cooler in the unit. Great place wverything was awesome and they thought of everything you would need for an amazing stay. Thank you!

Amazing view and comfortable stay

The view from the balcony is amazing and the balcony itself is very spacious and comfortable. The condo is excellently furnished, the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials, and we also appreciated the quality (and ample quantity) of the towels provided. The condo was also very clean and we enjoyed the easy access to the pools and the beach. If you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Panama City Beach, this is it.

10 out of 10!!!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location of this condo was ideal! Not in the crowds of PCB. This area of the beach seems to be more of an older crowd and quieter. The condo was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. You can tell a lot of care went into this unit. The kitchen was well stocked which is always nice. Having the complimenary beach service was an added perk. If you rent this unit, try the restaurant across the street, Mike's, it is delish and no driving needed!

Lovely

The condo was very clean, the chair service was wonderful and the guys were so incredibly nice…our last couple of days were extremely hot so we brought our own chairs (some in the condo) and sat closer to the water and they brought our umbrella down. We had a wonderful stay in a lovely condo.

Great Location

We had a great 10-day stay. It was the perfect location and the condo was very clean. We got to see dolphins, a manta ray, and even a manatee from the balcony. I have been visiting Panama for years and have never seen a manatee that close to the beach. It was amazing.

Perfect in every way!

I can not say enough good things about this place! You can tell a lot of thought was put into this unit. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms are well supplied. It was also very clean! And the view is AMAZING!!! Emerald Isle is in a great location, close to all everything we needed. This will be our first choice for our next trip!

Great Location

great location, great views, quality furniture. Would stay again. Do note to bring your own shampoo, soap, etc as well as extra toilet paper (one roll per bathroom is provided). Recommend bringing your own beach towels too. Kitchen: bring your own dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent. If you plan on cooking, you’ll need your own oil etc. salt and pepper are the only provisions.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The condo was beautiful and the balcony is amazing!! Only thing is I wished they would let you check in early if it is ready ! Most other places will let you if it is clean and available! Overall everything was amazing!

Relaxing

Haven't been to Panama City Beach in 10 years...don't know why I waited so long to return. Stayed for a week at Jerry's place and was the perfect time for our stay. Spring Break was done, kids are still in school, and the beaches were pretty empty. This was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for while relaxing on the beach. The condo was nice, too, as we were able to sit onnthebdeck andbwatch the sunsets. Place was very clean, and had everything we needed for cooking. The only thing I was surprised with was needing to purchase detergent for the dishwasher, and toilet paper when the current roll was finished. Not a complaint, but I haven't stayed anywhere that didn't already have those available in the cabinets or drawers if/when needed. Overall, a great place to stay and relax!

Super close to Beach!!

The beach is just right there!!! - no hikes over long hilly sand dune pathways. Balcony was big with a great view. Emerald Isle has 4 elevators and they were fast. Heated indoor/outdoor pool was warm like bath water! Hot tub was giant and hot. The polar plunge pool was cold - grandkids tested it out 2x but preferred the heated pool. You must bring - salt, pepper, spices, condiments, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen and bath handwash soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. There was one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had 1 extra garbage bag for the kitchen and there was an extra as well in the bathrooms. Don't forget your pool/beach towels and beach chairs. The book on the table in the livingroom is a good book - I read it in 2 days. The office on floor 4 where you get your $40 parking pass has lots of books in the shelf in the lounge. Parking was snug but being off season we did not have any trouble getting a spot on the ground floor. We would defiantly stay again. :)

Needs a good cleaning and some maintenance

The door was open when we arrived which was a little disconcerting. There were no instructions for operating the TV in the living room (there were multiple remotes) or the Nest thermostat. There was no channel guide. Based on the noises it was making, the microwave is on its last leg. The refrigerator sounded like it was popping corn for about 30 seconds after the compressor kicked on. The toilet in the guest bedroom wobbled. The ceiling fan blades haven't been cleaned in quite a while. There was major dust under the Master bed along with a water bottle and other items. The exhaust fan in the Master bath was covered in dust. There was what appeared to be a bloody thumb print on the door to the Master bedroom. The return air grille in the Living room was very dusty and it is mounted upside down so you can see that there is a considerable amount of dust and dust bunnies in the return air chase. It was obvious from looking at the air supply grilles on the ceiling that the a/c filter isn't changed often enough because there was dirt on and around them. There are areas of the porcelain(?) wood look flooring that are uneven that you have to be careful not to catch the front of your shoes on. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them.

The property was nicely decorated, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The balcony was quite large with very nice furniture. The condo was in close proximity to Pier Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! Easy check-in and property is as described. Our only complaint is that, during our week’s stay, chair service did not begin at 8:00 am (more like 9:00) and umbrellas aren’t provided if winds blow 12mph or higher (even though condos on both sides put up umbrellas a couple of days that Emerald Isle did not). Chairs are also first come, come serve. Just be aware that you may want to take your own pop-up for shade.
