The owner was very responsive to Communication!!! The condo was very nice and the view was gorgeous!!!! I would suggest twin beds in at least one bedroom for singles. Pool and property were very lovely and well taken care of. I would highly recommend it and we had a wonderful time during our stay.

Overall the stay was great. The views are spectacular. The place is a little dated and is difficult to regulate the temperature. The first night the outside door was banging, the owner promptly called the maintenance people to fix that issue. The ceiling fan in the Master bedroom makes a lot of noise. It is difficult to open the sliding glass doors. The amenities at the property are spectacular and the views are breathtaking. The condo just needs a little work, mainly from being near salt water. Overall great place to visit.

Highly recommend

The rental is exactly as described with an easy to contact/communicate with owner. The views are breathtaking and the condo has a great layout to offer privacy in the bedrooms and distribute sound. The property felt safe with enhanced security measures on site and many of the other residents were extended stay renters or owners. We had the only children in the building during the whole rental and they were well-received and asked to participate in games at the pool with the adults. Activities and dining options are close and everything you need is within five minutes (grocery, pharmacy, etc). We don’t have any suggestions to improve the rental and recommend highly.

Sea Gull Condos in Tavernier , Florida

We absolutely loved our stay here . The Condo itself is spacious and the amenities were perfect . Two balconies with post card views , and a lovely pool and beach area . Situated in Islamorada we were close to the local Publix , many good restaurants and had only a 2 hour drive to Key West . We would highly recommend this vacation rental .

Beautiful View

This place was very nice. A view of the Ocean and Florida Bay on the other side was incredible. I’m a Key Largo resident and rented this place for my parents (90 and 93) and my 2 brothers (60s) Our Parents really enjoyed their stay. The place was nicely decorated with a tropic decor. Everything was perfect..

Great time for fishing at Islamorada

Location is good. Very close to all fishing actions: party boat, private chart or others. The condo is well loaded with all you need for cooking. It is very spacious with plenty of supplies. The ocean view is great. The whole building is currently under construction, so it does have some noise in the morning. There were some minor issues as every place you go. Communication with owner was very easy and response was quick. Overall, we had a great time. I will give 4 and half stars.

Gorgeous views

Lovely, spacious condo with expansive views of the water from every room. The beds were very comfortable and it was impeccably clean. Great pool area which we had to ourselves several days. Awesome little island with a swing you can kayak to from the private “beach” area. We didn’t want to leave and our kids are usually always ready to get back home.

This unit was beautifully decorated with unbelievable views! The owners were so easy to deal with and were very responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right! We couldn't be happier or more thankful for them and our time at their unit!

Started going to the Florida Keys Thanksgiving weekend 1998 and fell in love. Wanted a property here for decades! Found the perfect dream home with views that leave us breathless. It's truly a beautiful piece of paradise in the loveliest Key area we enjoy. The village of Islamorada offers everything we love without any of the chaos of city life we love to leave behind. Groceries, fine dining, Starbucks and a movie theater...plus the best fishing and diving we know of. The people of the Keys help us breathe easier...and the view...well, that's just icing on the cake!

My hubby is in seminary and we enjoy working from home wherever we can travel. With a beautiful young daughter, we are tied to home much of the year (thus the rental), where we can share a piece of our little heaven on earth with travellers looking for a steady home away from home.

Please be our guest and enjoy a home you will never want to leave. And, that's ok cause we will rent it to you except the few times we get to come each year.

7 day rental minimum. One of the only legal weekly rentals in town!!!!
