This darling vacation rental boasts a sunny and open great room with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a pub-height table for two, a dining table with bench seating for meals, laptops, or family game nights, and a comfortable living area with a TV for streaming all your favorites.

Outside, fire up the gas grill to add some char to your home-cooked menu, or take a seat on your furnished front porch and watch the world go by.

Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a built-in desk in one of the bedrooms, and a stacked washer/dryer adjacent to the kitchen to help you keep your laundry under control while you're on vacation!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
