Nice Location to the Beach
This house is divided into three different units. We rented all three to accommodate our group. Unit A has all 3 bedrooms on the upper floor but the only bathroom is on the ground floor. The stairs are narrow and a litttle steep so it was a little difficult with some mobility issues. Unit B is on one level but the bedroom is small and one side of the bed is against a wall which makes it difficult fto get out of bed whenr two people are sleeping. Although, this unit does have a pull out couch in the living area . We did not use it so I canât commit on its comfort. Unit 3 has two bedrooms and a very small bathroom and the unit is entered by going up a very steep staircase. The bedrooms are opposite side of the unit but there is only one window unit located in the main bedroom. The smaller bedroom became very hot during the day and never really cooled off during the night. Granted, I am told the weather was warmer than usual. One of the best part about this house was the outside table , games and firepit. Since we had rented all three units we were able to enjoy it completely without sharing. The property management company was easy to work with and responded quickly when the code they sent me did not work on one of the units. The issue was resolved easily.
