Welcome to Carolina Tide! Are you ready to escape and make memorable memories? You’ve come to the right place. Surf City is a perfect location to plan your coastal vacation. Carolina Tide is located less than a mile from the bridge which provides easy access to our cozy home. The bridge is also known for beautiful walking and biking views. Nestled close to town, you will find dinner, shopping or grocery runs accessible! Clean home, stellar views, backyard paradise, spacious living and close, direct beach access await you at our family friendly home.

Our home is newly decorated and fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing vacation with family and friends. You will have many options during your stay. Sit by the pool, take in the beautiful views on the porch, hit the beach with our private access or hang in our backyard oasis! Our home features 3 bedrooms on on the first floor. 1 King, 1 Queen and bunk beds that include 4 full beds. Upstairs has 1 King and an open spacious family living. A modern kitchen ready for lazy breakfast meals or cocktails with plenty of seating for quality time. Our downstairs has a pull out couch. Carolina Tide has a total sleeping capacity of 10-11 people.

Trip Protection: We advise you to purchase trip protection through VRBO or a third party for your stay. Atlantic Hurricane season starts June 1st and extends to November 30th. It is our recommendation that you accept trip protection with VRBO when booking.

I would have never left if it was an option. This place was simply outstanding! We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! We could walk to the beach with ease, the store in less then 15 minutes including the pier and a handful of quaint shops. It has literally everything by you need to prepare any meal or snack, games to keep the laughs going, huge tvs to catch a game weather you are in the pool or relaxing on the couch. Oh and coming from someone who struggles with beds that aggregate my back
. These beds were clouds!!!!! I literally could go on and on about how perfect this place is but seriously, just find out for yourself. Quit looking and book this one!!! Can’t wait to come back for what I am hoping will be years to come!

Beautiful house and the location was perfect! Pictures in the listing didn't do it justice. Very close to the beach, just a flat easy path and across the street. High quality chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards were provided. The beach is nice and wide compared to North Topsail and a private access to not too busy. The pool, outdoor bar, grill and lovely landscaped backyard was an awesome hangout area when we were done with the beach. Surf City has plenty of food and shops. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils we needed to make meals. The kids loved the basketball game! Bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. Jeff was very quick to respond to any questions and offered information about the area. We booked last minute after a evacuation mandate in Rodanthe from hurricane Erin. The house was ready to go next morning. Thanks!

BEST STAY ON THE BEACH

Exceptional house for many! Adorably decorated, well maintained, stocked with dishes and utensils. Love the pool oasis in the back, as well as the pick up on the way to the beach necessities. The bar outside makes it nice not to have to go in wet for drinks.We grilled every night, so we didn’t have to get into the beach crowds.Can’t say enough about this place, gave us back a week of peace. We are locals to the area and chose this place for our staycation and would love to do it again!The owner answers questions rapidly and readily available if needed.We took our teenager that is leaving for college as a low key vacation celebration, she invited multiple friends to come stay, they came and went, we were able to wash sheets and towels to accommodate the new comers. ALL the visitors loved it and were a bit jealous. I warned the owner if I win the lottery, that is going to be my house ;)

Excellent stay!

We had an excellent stay. House has a great layout and the backyard/pool area was amazing. Very short walk to the beach. And close to all of the restaurants in surf city. Highly recommend!

Great vacation!

The property is beautiful! The pool and backyard was everyone's favorite. This was our fifth trip to Topsail and this property was by far the best!! First property that we did not have any issues with cleanliness!!! The only negative is the bathroom on main floor[top floor] is very small.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating, the house was even prettier than the pictures. Between the pool and the private beach access in was perfect for our trip! Being walking distance to the grocery store and the donut shop was a plus!

Great property was easy access to the island

This house was really a gem to find. All the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, and we were surprised with how large the bunk room was. We also were very happy with the entertainment in the backyard. The outdoor bar and pool were fantastic, and the additional relaxation space under the trees was awesome. They had plenty of bath and beach towels for everyone to use. The only feedback I had was the thermostats were a little difficult to figure out how to use, but we were able to figure it out after a little bit. Also, the fan’s controls in the living room were difficult and we couldn’t figure out how to get it on. Other than those two items I would completely recommend this state to anybody who’s looking for a property that has entertainment options for family and is close to the beach and the shopping on topsail.

My two grandchildren absolutely loved It was close to the beach going through the backyard. another big hit was clean sparkly pool, the Polynesian atmosphere. So beautiful at night with all of the lights hammocks and seating, beach towels available bikes anything you wanted was there very thoughtful property

Fantastic

The property was fantastic! The pool was clean and ready to swim, and the outdoor bar area was perfect for the adults to hang out while kids swam! Having to climb two flights of stairs to reach the kitchen was slightly annoying, and the nearby roads were busier than we'd like for walking around with the kids, but those were minor and didn't impact our enjoyment of the property overall. I can't come up with any other real negatives.

Beautiful Home

My Husband, son and I planned a last minute getaway and stayed at this beautiful home. The pictures of the home are spot on and the backyard with the heated pool was wonderful. The home was located in a perfect spot and close to all of the restaurants and shops. There are beach cruisers available that we used multiple times per day to ride around the area. Jeff is also very responsive, helpful and nice. Will 100% be staying here again

Perfect house

This was the perfect house for our group. It has split levels and room for everyone. There was plenty to do at the house with the game room, pool and a quick private path to the beach. We will be coming back to this house if we are ever back in the area.

Backyard Bliss

We loved our stay at Carolina Tides! The pictures represented the property well, and that back yard -the reason we booked the property - was perfect for our family! We loved that it took only 3 minutes to get to the amazing beach, but we spent so much time in the beautiful pool area with our small grandchildren. This property is good for all ages (basketball, foosball, cornhole, etc). We could not have been happier! The hosts were excellent. Communication was quick and easy and check-in and check-out were a breeze! We highly recommend Carolina Tides!

The house is great, located so close the the beach. The pool is a game changer for young kids, we spent everyday in it! The host are super accommodating having from having everything you need in the kitchen to towels and chairs for the beach!

Great family vacation!!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We had three families with a total of 6 kids ranging from 11-3. This was our first trip to Topsail. The back yard was perfect, the kids loved the pool and the outdoor TV. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only recommendation would be to include the layout of the house by floor. It would make it easier for planning on where to place younger kids and parents. Overall, we LOVED our stay, the hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!!

Jeff and Karen‘s home is absolutely gorgeous! The house is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything you might need. The outdoor space is perfection and the beach is just a short walk from the house! Our family group of 10 people had a wonderful week!!

This backyard is lovely!!!!! A true resort feel in the comfort of a home. Jeff was very responsive! We were pleasantly surprised with the walk to the beach! Easy to navigate and pretty quick! July 4th Birthday and Fireworks

This property is close to the beach with private access. The backyard is delightful with a play are and pool. Great location for families. Staying over the 4th of July -the front porch was perfect for viewing the fireworks without leaving home. A little surprised not to have beach towels and toilet paper - but contacted the owner who responded immediately to explain this was an oversight. The bathrooms were a little dated but the occupant of the basement area was able to use the hot/cold shower in the cabana.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende


We chose Carolina Tide in Surf City because it is close to all of the restaurants, shops, and 'things to do. The backyard is private with private beach access available only to the guests of Carolina Tide. Our Family has spent many summers vacationing in Surf City and always wanted a place of our own at the beach. Carolina Tide is close to everything yet still quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Also, waking up each morning with stellar views of the sound while drinking a coffee is a plus!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have rented many homes and we built this home which includes all of the amenities we have enjoyed throughout the years. We built the pool and cabana in the backyard which in our family is a must. The men in our family love to cook and serve while the kids are playing in the pool. The game room is a plus for the kids as well as they have their own space to play various games and when things get turned up the adults join in as well. If you want a quiet space; just walk down the path in the backyard and find a hammock under the shade of the native live oaks. Practice your cornhole or chipping skills in the synthetic lawn on the northeast corner of the property. This house truly has it all and of course the beach is just steps away.
