- These are FOUR separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old;

- For reservations arriving on or after April 1, 2025, a mandatory resort fee of $35 per night per unit (plus tax) will be collected upon arrival. This fee is not included in the daily rate.

- Guest room floors will be removed from service while work is being done.
February 6th, 2023 to April 15th, 2023
- Meeting space will be unavailable.
- Main entrance, lobby, front desk, and JSix restaurant will all be available during this time.
April 24th, 2023 – July 16th, 2023
- During this phase, guests will enter the hotel through the external elevator located next to the Porte-cochere/valet drop-off.
- Elevator will take guests to the 4th floor pool deck/terrace where there will be a suite converted into a front office/lobby area.
- Food and beverage offerings will be available through Upper East Bar and Grill and/or Enhanced Coffee Cart with light breakfast options.
