"Happy Jack's Flip Flop Inn" är en rökfri enhet på första våningen med fri utsikt över havet. Parkering i bottenvåningen direkt under. Det är den största 3 sovrum direkt center enhet i Hyperion. Avstädning ingår i det angivna priset.

För 2019 har vi lagt till 65 tums platt skärm i vardagsrummet, 55 tum i de flesta sovrum, skinnsoffa, ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare, nya däckmöbler, Netflix, HBO, Showtime och det snabbaste internet tillgängligt.

Vi hyr endast under månaderna (delvis maj, juni, juli, augusti, delvis september). Det är extremt rent, välskött och har bättre kvalitet än de flesta hyror du hittar på stranden. Rostfritt stål "look" apparater, 22 kubikfot botten frys kylskåp, platt-TV, full tvättmaskin och torktumlare, keramiska plattor i vardagsrum och Berber mattor i sovrum. Ytterligare funktioner inkluderar en våt bar, takfläktar i alla rum; väggmonterade hårtorkar i alla bad och stort garderobsutrymme. Den stora balkongen vid havet kan nås genom skjutbara glasdörrar med full utsikt från vardagsrummet eller sovrummet. Balkongen har 2 barhöjdsbord för att äta, 6 barhöjdsstolar och stolar som kan staplas för extra sittplatser.

Hyperion Towers är en sju våning, 38 enheter, murbyggnad och har två hissar, ett stort soldäck, utomhuspool och grillplats. Parkering är gott om både öppna och täckta platser tillgängliga. Denna icke-rökare enhet består av tre (3) sovrum och två (2) bad. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, det andra sovrummet har en queen-size säng, och det tredje sovrummet har en queen-size säng och en cabriolet säng.

Detta är en lördag till lördag hyra med 25 års ålder krav och ledsen, inga husdjur och igen INTE RÖKER. Lakan och handdukar måste tillhandahållas av hyresgäster.

Cherry Grove Beach är erkänd som en avskild men bekväm, lugn familjemiljö. Allt du behöver för din vistelse från livsmedel till hårdvara, strandleksaker till stranddrink är inte mer än 3 mil bort och turistens "heta platser" är bara 20 minuter söderut via förbikopplingen, några minuter från fiske, kasinobåtar, golf och Calabash, NC, "Seafood Capital"

Great Location

Everything about the Condo was as advertised. The owner was available and responsive to any questions and concerns. Very nice and helpful owners. Unfortunately for us, Tropical Storm Debbie decided to visit our area. Mr Marks remained in contact with us with any news regarding the storm and any information from the building admin as well. Ultimately we decided to vacate the area prior to the storm due to the flooding warnings etc…. Mr Marks was very understanding of the situation and has remained in communication with us for a possible return. I really couldn’t recommend a better place to stay or owner to rent from. I would personally like to thank Mr Marks for his cooperation and help. Highly recommend this unit for your stay. Just yards from the ocean/beach with a great view from the balconies, living room and bedroom.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay.

We had an amazing stay at our condo. It was so nice to be able to spend time on the balcony looking at the beach with plenty of room for the whole family. The condo has everything a family would need to feel comfortable at their stay. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and we had no issues with our stay.

Nice condo but furniture and bathrooms are outdated and need replaced. we had to scrub the showers before we would get in them with bleach. Kind of sucks you can’t upload pictures or I would show you the shower bands that were glued in the shower. They were disgusting.

An EXTREMELY clean condo in a very well kept property and neighborhood. Everything in the condo was spotless, and I am very particular about that! The beach was very clean and family oriented. Great restaurants nearby as well. It was a great week!

Great place to stay

We have a great time. Everything was as it was described. Ideal location on the beach and away from crowds. Condo had everything we needed. The owners left a bag with essentials which was greatly appreciated since we arrived a little late that first night. Maybe some extra towels would be the only thing I would suggest. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone. A+ rating from me.

This particular unit worked well for us. We had my elderly in-laws with us and the short walk to pool / beach was perfect. It was clean and nice. My only minor cons were the lack of supplied 'beach' items that most other beach rentals have and the fact that we HAD to pay a damage deposit and a damage insurance plan.

Our stay

It was as described, and ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. Very close to beach and easy access in and out. My only negative comment relates to housekeeping. There were no tea towels and whilst there were plenty of pillows, only 2 pillowcases in master bedroom. We would stay there again.

What a beautiful property. Everything was as listed and it was well equipped. So clean and the owners were great to communicate with. My husband and I stayed there with our 3 sons. One of my sons is in a wheelchair. We had plenty of space for all of our needs! We loved the ease of access to the ocean. The view from the balcony was amazing - we ate many meals there. My teens appreciated all the movie options! A note on the building community areas. They are dated, but wonderfully maintained and cleaned by the building managers. The pool was also smaller than I thought from the picture (again, it was advertised as small, so believe them!). We really enjoyed our time and recommend a stay here!
