Denna havet villa var modell enhet i Sunrise Pointe i North Myrtle Beach. Det ligger på femte våningen med en magnifik utsikt över havet och soluppgången från vardagsrummet till den rymliga balkongen och sovrummet. Eftersom det var modell enhet har många uppgraderingar såsom utökade klinkergolv, Corian bänkskivor och exklusiva dekorationer. Den är utrustad med alla apparater, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, hår fläktar i var och en av de 3 badrum. Det finns en TV i vardagsrummet och varje sovrum med video och DVD-spelare. De tre sovrummen är rymliga och befälhavaren har en king size-säng. Befälhavaren badrummet har en stor jacuzzi, separat dusch och dubbla handfat bänk. Cherry Grove delen är ett lugnt område i North Myrtle Beach för en avkopplande semester bara några minuter från shopping, restaurang rad, golfbanor och annan underhållning. Förutom den vackra stranden området finns en utomhuspool, inomhuspool och badringar. Trådlöst internet ingår.

5F-enheten har även 2 reserverade, täckta parkeringsplatser, utan att leta efter din bil i parkeringsgarage. Inga motorcyklar är tillåtna på Sunrise Pointe.

50th Anniversary celebration

What a wonderful, clean, updated and great location to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary for 2 weeks. Our daughter and her 4 little children came for 3 nights and 3 days and to see their delight on the beach was wonderful. We loved the place so much we made reservations for next summer for 2 weeks before we left !! Emily is a great Host and easy to talk to and communicatewith. You won’t regret making a reservation here.

Absolutely beautiful home with incredible views of the ocean. We loved all the space and the comfortable touches in the home. We had 4 adults and a 17-year old and had plenty of space. We LOVED that each bedroom had a bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal for all of us. The beds were super comfortable, especially the master king bed. The balcony was just amazing and at times you felt like you could reach out and grab the ocean.The parking was simple and we were within a 20 minute drive from everything you would need as far as restaurants, groceries, entertainment.The view of the ocean from the master bedroom was breathtaking!We had never been to North Myrtle Beach and would highly recommend it. It was less crowded and had a small beach town feel. We would highly recommend this condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved the toilet paper roses ( too cute) perfect spot for views. Beach front was clean and not too busy. We will ABSOLUTELY come back!!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. The beach view was amazing! The condo was clean, and the decor was perfect. We were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony in the condo. Beach wasn't to crowd and just steps away.

Cherry Grove July 2022

Very clean, comfortable and cozy condo. Enjoyed having breakfast and coffee on the large balcony each morning. It was perfect for our family vacation!

Our family are the original owners of this relaxing beach front condo. We have spent many great family vacations here and hope you enjoy our home away from home as much as we have.

We come from a small Western Pennsylvania town called Springdale. We have always had a love of the beach and giving back to the community. The whole family has been involved with Make-A-Wish foundation for over 25 years and have been involved in over 220 wishes.

Both men and women in our family have been volunteer firefighters for over 30 years. Emily is the oldest active firefighter in her department. Stan and Emily are also ambassadors for the flight 93 crash site.

This condo is decorated and maintained as our home away from home unlike most cookie cutter rentals. It is located in the award winning Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and is a quiet family oriented section but just a short distance to all the activities, restaurants and attractions.
