This home is located in Bend's desired Midtown neighborhood, a stone's throw from 16 acre Hollinshead Park and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and Hwy 97. Just a 6 minute drive to the heart of Downtown Bend!
The space
Enjoy the open great room which is a welcoming space to entertain guests or unwind after a long day exploring Central Oregon. Relax on the leather sofa in front of the gas fireplace or take advantage of the fully-equipped farmhouse kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas range.

Each bedroom is set up with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The primary bedroom is spacious enough for a king-size bed and includes an attached bath complete with double vanity, large closet and separate shower. Guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle.

Don't worry, there is plenty of room for storage with the expansive garage. Hide dusty shoes and clothes in the attached mud/laundry room, no need to bring the outside in!

Orchard District Stay

It was a pleasure to stay in this home. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We did a lot of cooking so we appreciated that. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. It was also nice to view the fireworks from the patio in back. I would definitely rent this house again!

It was a great place to stay. Very clean and cozy inside. Pictures are accurate about spaces in home. We stayed for the month of January, which was coldest in last 15 years. We were very compfy and warm while being iced in!
