Du kommer att älska det här en av ett slag hus, som ligger i en av ett slag plats!

4000 kvm. Ft. Hem är i ett gated underavdelning på Deschutes River. Baksidan ser ut på floden och över till floden spår där cyklister och vandrare förbi hela dagen. Med några hus över floden, känns det som om du är ute i landet, men du har rätt i stan!

Den viktigaste nivån är mestadels stora rum med stora panoramafönster med utsikt mot floden. Den rymliga kök med sittplatser på marmor ön är en naturlig träffpunkt - och kockar kommer att älska det fullt utrustade kök med avancerade apparater, inklusive en sex brännare gashäll. Den andra sidan av det stora rummet är vardagsrummet som har en gas spis och 70 "HD-TV med surroundljud. Kliva utanför på huvuddäck, hittar du själv ser ner på en av de vackraste delarna av Deschutes River. Detta är en fantastisk plats att tillbringa kvällarna. Solen går tidigt bakom Awbrey Butte så det finns en lång skymning. Även på huvudnivån är ett komplett badrum och ett kontor / sovrum med en dubbelsäng.

På övervåningen finns två sovrum. Den ena är en trevlig storlek sovrum med en dubbelsäng och eget badrum. Den andra är master. Det är mycket rymliga med en stor säng, sittgrupp, och en stor privat däck ut över taket. Badrummet är over the top med dubbla handfat, duschkabin, jetted badkar och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Gå ner till lägre nivå och du befinner dig i spelrummet. Den har en full storlek biljardbord, arkadspel, pub bord och stolar, soffor, en 40 "TV och fantastisk utsikt över floden. I anslutning till spelrummet finns det ett stort sovrum med en fantastisk utsikt över floden och en dubbelsäng. Det finns också ett stort våningssäng rum med två uppsättningar våningssängar och en dubbelsäng. Längre bak hittar du en teater med en 100 "skärm och hög kvalitet surroundljud. Det finns en PlayStation 3 som är riktigt cool på den stora skärmen med surroundljud. Avrundning ut den nedre nivån finns två badrum. Den bästa delen av källarplanet är täckt granit terrassen med utsikt över floden. Titta på vilda djur medan du njuter i skuggan på en varm sommardag, eller blöt i badtunnan efter skidåkning på vintern.

Amazing Rental House

Like all the other reviews said, this rental home is amazing. We booked it to stay at when our Daughter got married in Bend and it worked out great. The view is breath taking. We would sit out on the deck and watch folks fly fish across the river. We slept 12 guests without any problem. The home is very well maintained. Parking can be tricky but you and work around it. The house came equipped with everything you could need. The only thing missing was a couple of small fishing poles and gear that you may want to bring.

The house was very beautiful. Had difficulty understanding the directions for the the tv and sound system. The bed on the the main floor needs to checked often. that type of bed, when moved tends to loosen the center brackets. Lights that needs replaced should be noted by the cleaners. When we arrived the vacuum was left on the staircase, the refrigerator was not cleaned of drippings or working at capacity. My grandson's miik could not be held at proper temperature. My frozen dessert was not a hit. the screen to the deck on the main floor was left off the track. Having a TV on the bottom level for the entertainment would be great. A kit to check the PH level in the sauna is good. There was lots of bubbles and it was tripping. follow-up on your maintenance service. All soaps should be removed from the showers. No one wants ot use another persons personal items. The house was very dim at nights. The lamps could help with the brightness if you use a brighter bulb. garage area coul be better organized for your guests. wish the washer in the garage worked. It was an inconvenience to go into the master room. followup on your cleaners for quality of work. as I said the house is beautiful but those items above impacted the beauty and the price.

Great house, Great location!!

Everything in this home was as stated. Very well equipped in the kitchen. Very clean and big enough for everyone to be comfortable. The one thing we would have liked as we had an "old" Grandpa with us would have been a recliner in the living room this would have made him more comfortable as he sits and reads alot. We will come back as soon as we can!!!

Simply Outstanding!

Spent Thanksgiving week at this beautiful property and cannot express how thoroughly impressed we all were with the location and amenities provided. The home itself is stunning - a true testament to the vision of the owner, and every detail executed to perfection. From a guest perspective, there's isn't anything that was missed. The kitchen is beyond belief - with a 6 burner gas cooktop and huge kitchen island. Every appliance and kitchen gadget you'd ever hope to have is also provided. From colanders to a Kuerig, and everything in between. I brought quite a few of my own things from home, and it wasn't necessary. Hand mixer, pastry brush, pizza cutter, large mixing bowls, measuring cups (glass and plastic) measuring spoons, an excellent cook's knife set, toaster, blender, plenty of dishtowels and pot holders, serving utensils, flatware, dishes, coffee mugs, wine glasses, champagne flutes, the list is endless. There isn't anything you need, and what's provided is even more than what most homes would have! There are two bedrooms on the upper level, the master is gigantic with a huge bathroom (double sinks) and a separate shower (walk-in, fabulous water pressure!) and Jacuzzi garden tub. The closet is enormous - as big as a bedroom, and there is a full size washer/dryer as well. The second upper level bedroom is quite large, with it's own large bathroom. Soap, shampoo, towels, washcloths, toilet paper and Kleenex are provided in abundance! The main level bedroom is right off the entry-door, and has glass French doors. The doors are covered in curtains for privacy. The main level bathroom is a full bath, with a shower/tub combo and the coolest bathroom sink we've ever seen! The lower level offers two bedrooms and two full baths, along with a movie room, full size pool table and 2 full size arcade games. Every amenity needed is provided. Main level floors are water heated concrete, and the entire home is comfortable and inviting. Huge bonus, even with 5 adults showering, we never ran out of hot water! The view is spectacular, with decks/patios off of each level so you can hear the river. The double car garage was a wonderful treat - we were able to park both cars inside, away from the elements. Oh, there is a 2nd refrigerator and a stack washer/dryer in the garage, also! This home is beyond amazing, and I can't thank Rick enough for making it available to us. We will definitely be back!

Impressive view in a lovely home

Need a house for a large group in a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown? Look no further than this house which had high end touches and an amazing view. I was impressed with the look and functionality of the house as well as how well appointed it was. You could find most anything you needed in the kitchen and the pantry. All bedrooms were lovely and the added touches of a game room and movie theatre were awesome! I loved being able to wake up with my large group of adults where we could choose to hang out together or have our own space. The Master Bedroom is especially impressive from the large room, bathroom, closet and deck. This house is a must rent for a larger group!

What a Gem!!

This well stocked riverfront home is absolutely stunning. Rick was very accommodating during the reservation process and we never encountered any maintenance issues during our stay. The location is perfect! Close to town yet when you're there, it feels like an outdoor retreat! The house has a beautiful open floor plan which was perfect for our large family and out of town guests. The kitchen has everything a person needs and can accommodate a lot of cooks! The big dining table is perfect for game night and anything else! The weather was beautiful for our stay and the outdoor decks were perfect for relaxing. The amenities make this home so much fun to stay at. A little disappointed we didn't have time to enjoy that amazing theater room, but if we ever find ourselves in Bend again, this will be the first place we try to reserve. Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, and Pet Friendly! Love Love Love this home.

Reserve this property in a cooler season

HOT!!! Inside and out. Could only enjoy the south facing deck early am and late evening. Accommodated our large family well. A few mainainace issues, however over all it worked for us. Again, do not go in the middle of summer, while the house was unbearably warm at times, downtown Bend was worse. Did some tubing and visited the caves nearby. All refreshingly cool activities. I would imagine late Fall to be the perfect place for perfect weather!

Great location on the Deschutes

For our family gathering of 7 adults and 2 children, this was the perfect location. Located just north of Bend, it gave the feeling of being in a remote setting, while only a 10-minute drive from downtown. The house is well-equipped, with all the amenities needed to make 3 generations comfortable and entertained. Beds are comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom, with the top floor bedrooms enhanced by their own en-suite baths. This is a great get-away, close as you want to all kinds of activity opportunities. Sitting on the deck overlooking the Deschutes River was usually enough for me...beautiful!

Phenomenal property, well stocked with everything!

We had a fantastic stay! Property is amazing and easily accommodated our 4 families with 6 kids. Games area, ping pong and movie room were a highlight for the kids. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and we cooked meals for 14 with ease. This is situated down a quiet cul de sac so you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the river flowing just in front of the property and even spot deer at dawn and dusk! There is a great outside grilling and dining area too. We really appreciated having bathrooms plentifully stocked with beautiful towels, shampoo, body wash and paper products. It was a fantastic vacation in a very well maintained and stunning property.

Beautiful home!

My 13 girlfriends and myself LOVED this home! The separation of space is great for a large group but still great if all hanging out in same room. The river view is spectacular and walking trails nearby a bonus! Beds were so comfortable and comfy linens. I could go on and on! Thank you Rick for sharing this beautiful home!

Terrific house for 50th birthday celebration!

Five couples really enjoyed our stay. We're outdoorsy and have fun playing games, so we spent each day exploring nearby then returning to the house for a soak, making group dinners, and competing in everything from the vintage donkey Kong to Cranium. Views of the river are lovely, and we're planning to return in different seasons. We recommend hiking or climbing at Smith Rock state park, XC ski or hike to Tumalo Falls, and skiing/boarding at Mt Bachelor. The five bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen well appointed.

Spacious, great view, conveniently located, well equipped- need more coffee cups and wine glasses.

We used the main balcony for our wedding ceremony because the weather was so nice. It was a great setting. Love the heated floors, theatre room, hot tub, and the game room too! So many amenities! Very nice. Hope to come back. Great place for our family gathering.

Kid and Adult Activities, Ambiance, and Total Comfort

Our family reunion included 11 people from California and Washington. We had four kids that ranged from 3 to 10. This rental had it all for everyone of us. The kids loved the arcade games, hot tub and movie theater. The adults loved the view, the comfort of the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed wonderful meals prepared in the kitchen and on the grill. I can't say enough about our stay here. What a comfortable place this is!!

I'm a carpenter / general contractor. I moved to Bend from Hawaii with my wife who grew up here. Since I like to golf, snowboard, and mountain bike I can't think of a better place to live.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This house is the culmination of years of dreaming, planning, work, and a little luck. A friend found the lot while visiting one of the neighbors. I couldn't believe that there was a lot on the river that was so conveniently located yet didn't even feel like it was in town. After considering a partnership with him to do a spec home, my wife and I decided to buy it for ourselves. Four years and many plans later, we finally started building. We finally moved in February of 2010. Unfortunately, my wife passed away from cancer. Suddenly I found myself with this huge house that is too much for my son and me. Since I love this house too much to sell, I decided to finish off the basement and make it a vacation rental so others can enjoy it. Of course, I also like that I can come use it still.
