Custom built home on the intercoastal waterway with views of ocean and sound on Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. This home is beautiful and comfortable with water views from every room for you to enjoy. All new furniture, furnishings, and artwork and lots of custom features with expansive light-filled great room and soaring ceilings. 1 king BR, 3 queen BRs all with en suite bathrooms. Bunk room on upper level w 4 bunks. Unobstructed views of ICW and 5 minute walk or 1 minute golf cart (included) ride to beach. Wraparound decks for outdoor living with lots of comfortable furniture and water views from every spot. Brand new golf cart access and 1 minute ride to beach. Beach chairs (4), boogie boards, and sand toys provided. Community pool (shared w only a few homes) steps from fenced yard gate in quiet peaceful part of OIB. Community space behind back yard big enough for kids to run around. Plenty of room inside and out for family and friends. All bedrooms have private baths except bunk room bath on top floor with double door to living area. Other amenities include gas grill, outdoor shower, parking, electric car charger, washer/dryer, and elevator. Outdoor dining table and 2 outdoor areas with couch seating. This home is owner-managed. Linens and bed-making are included with your stay.

Great Week

Loved the views of Intercostal and beach. A big plus was use of the golf cart to get to the beach. Comfortable beds and a wonderful time with family.

Excellent Vacation

This home was beautifully decorated, clean and furnished with so many needed items for our beach vacation. The view was spectacular with a view of the ocean, waterway and inlet. It was one of our best stays over the last 35 years.

Family Vaca

We had a great time here. Everything was as advertised, great amenities, great views all around for the ocean and intercostal waterway, dock access for great fishing and crabbing and easy access to the beach (short walk, shorter drive on the golf cart). Tom was a great host and always quick to respond. We definitely are looking to stay again!

Great time

Second year in a row at this property for our family vacation, and it was great again! Wonderful location and views. Clean house with nice amenities. We all enjoyed the pool. The owners are incredibly helpful with information and questions. Just wish the week wasn’t over!

Great Time!

We had a wonderful stay! Pretty, clean home with nice views, location and pool access. Owner was very helpful. Home well stocked with essentials. We would stay here again. Great vacation!

House was in a great and quite section of the island. Easy access to the beach and the golf cart helped a ton. Very clean inside and out. Enjoyed the pool many times. The owner Tom, was very helpful and quick to respond to all questions and household needs. Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing house ….amazing beach!

We visited this home for a week stay with my 3 daughters and their families with 5 grandchildren 7 and under. It was the perfect location for a relaxing beach experience. We looked at many locations along the NC coast and this destination was perfect! The house was amazing and we used all the outdoor deck areas for dinners, watching sunsets, happy hour, star gazing and reading. The bedrooms all had their own bathrooms and access to decks which wrapped around the house to view the ocean and inter coastal. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed and the house was clean and decorated with adorable beach theme. Every family had their own space and enjoyed all the amenities. The owner responded quickly to my questions and the information he sent about house and check in had lots of suggestions on restaurants in area. We loved them all! The golf cart was a plus for our group and we used it daily for beach trips. The beach is ideal for young kids and was quiet and easy access. Low tides provided tide pools for kids to explore. The fenced in yard was a bonus for busy kids. The pool was well kept and also fenced in behind the house. The island was low key and everyone was friendly. We especially liked being at this end of island! Would highly recommend this family friendly beach destination home.

Best of Both Worlds

We never wanted to leave!! Our annual family beach vacation this year was the most enjoyable one we’ve experienced in quite a while! The property was perfect for our group ranging in age from 7 to 71! Gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the back decks and unbelievable sunsets;beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and Inlet from the front decks. Five bedrooms with private bathrooms, abundant spaces inside and outside where we could gather together or be alone provided everyone with privacy and/or camaraderie! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! The large table in the dining area was capable of seating all of us and the breakfast table in the nook was another great spot. The golf cart made trips to the beach very easy! The elevator was terrific for bringing in luggage and groceries! The area is quiet and relaxing and the pool access was great for the kids! Tom was an extremely responsive host and was quick to respond to any questions we had! We will most definitely be returning!

Fun for all!

Pros: Shared boat dock we used for a three day boat rental Decks and outdoor seating were perfection Community pool in the backyard Oh you have a backyard to your backyard! So much space to play Beautiful views House has ample amount of seating for meals Public beach access was a short bike ride and it was quiet as well as beautiful, calm water, near the point. We loved exploring Quiet neighborhood and not a lot of traffic Cons: None worth noting!
