This beautiful apartment is the perfect base for your upcoming trip to Dubai. Decorated in creams and navy with quirky artwork, we know you will love fall in love with this apartment. The modern kitchen is finished in beautiful dark wood and features a bay window keeping connected to your loved ones as you cook your famous meals at home in this fully equipped kitchen which you can enjoy this meal at your formal dining table for three. The living features an plush cream sofa and a sky blue oversized armchair, both positioned perfectly in front of the big screen TV, where you can relax after a busy day exploring Dubai. The bedroom features a large comfortable bed fitted with Key Views signature linen, ample wardrobe space and a desk in case work beckons. The en suite bathroom is fitted with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities ensuring you will smell great all day.
The building also features a lovely pool overlooking the Marina for you to relax in during your stay.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
