Located just 5 minutes from the Old Town Scottsdale shopping & restaurant area, this cozy property is the perfect escape for weekend getaways, golf outings & small family vacations! Right around the corner from the community pool and spa, lounge out in the sun or cool off on the private, shaded patio. This home offers an inviting space to unwind, comfy to the point where you wont want to leave! The home itself has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout!

Broken blinds. Cement block for missing sofa leg. Dirty sweeper on patio. Would not describe this as a charming condo. Mis leading. The pool was nice and the location was nice

Pool was closed a few days but it couldn’t be helped and it was a little hot and we had no control over the air - other than that it was great and would stay again - Julia was super accommodating and great to work with

In the heart of Scottsdale. Convenient location, safe complex, easy to relate with Julia. More space, but less expensive, than resort.

Well appointed with nice amenities

Great location to everything we needed, restaurants, college, shopping. Great size, and great dinnerware, wine glasses, comfy beds. Only negative, floors and carpets could be cleaner. Very nice working with owner, she was very accommodating and responded quickly to our needs.

Exactly as advertised!

We enjoyed this property very much. Great location. Nice apartment. Good furnishings. Only had a few things that needed the owners attention. Like the vertical blinds need to be repaired as they wouldn’t open. A slow moving drain in the bathroom and some stains on the couch. But nothing we couldn’t deal with. Julia was very kind and responded promptly to us. I would stay here again next time.

Great 2 BR in fabulous location

We enjoyed our stay, especially having 2 full bathrooms so friends from Tucson could come to Scottsdale to see us for one night. Convenient location to visit family in the area.
