Our Home away from home! This Second Story Condo, is a bright and roomy split floor plan with a nice balcony and view of one of the pools. We are located in a Quiet Gated Community. Once you enter and go up the stairs the Primary bedroom and En suite is on the right side and the additional two bedrooms and additional bath on the other side with a roomy living room and kitchen in the middle. We have a 65" Smart TV in the living room, a 55" Smart TV in the Primary bedroom and 50" TV's in the other 2 Bedrooms. There is High Speed Internet throughout the house and cable TV in the Living Room. We offer Garage Parking for 1 Car plus free onsite parking if you have a second car. We are located less than one mile from Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. We are 1/2 Mile from Giants Scottsdale Stadium, 11 miles from the Diamond Backs Chase Field, 12 Miles from TCP Scottsdale and 12 miles from West World for Barrett Jackson!! Other golfing is everywhere. Camel Back Mountain for hiking, zoo, aquarium, fun for everyone!

Scottsdale getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at the Stella property. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was super nice and answered our questions immediately. I would book this property again.

A great stay near Old Town Scottsdale

A great location near Old Town Scottsdale and was nice to have dedicated parking. We spent time golfing, hiking, and sightseeing. The property had all we needed and was a great place to end our day. A nice dining table for playing games and we enjoyed the hot tub after our long hikes! Highly recommend and would stay again.

First Class all the Way

My family and I stayed at the property from April 23-30th. What an incredible place to stay. Clean, comfortable, great location, all the amenities you need. Pool was right outside the patio. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.Brian was an incredible host. Great communication, check in process was simple. The first evening we were there, the AC was not working properly. After contacting him, he had someone out there that evening to fix it. Worked great the entire time we were there.We are already talking about coming back next year. Hopefully for a longer stay. Great value for the money. Highly recommended this property.

Central to all things Scottsdale

We had a great stay at Brian’s place. It was well appointed and had all the things you expect for a complete vacation. It’s just minutes to Old Town, a short drive to Westworld and Taliesin, and a nice walk to see the SF Giants spring training games. The condo is located in a quiet and secure location near supermarkets and pharmacies as needed. Brian was an excellent host and takes pride in his home away from home. When we next plan a trip to Scottsdale, this one is on our list.

Very enjoyable stay

My husband and I rented this very nice condo for the entire month of February. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with most everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the location just a block from the Indian Bend Wash Green belt, which has continuous paved pathways that run for 11 miles thru parks and alongside golf courses etc. It also has very easy access to good grocery and pharmacy options, as well as to "the loop" for efficiently getting to other areas of Scottsdale and greater Phoenix. There is a nice quiet pool area with a good-sized hot spa which we enjoyed. The property manager Tonya was immediately responsive to all our questions, and took care of any small concerns we had. We will definitely consider going back in the future!

Clean Nice Condo in good location!

Tonya's condo was clean, well-equipped and suitable for a group or family. It is cozy and nicely decorated. We had an issue on arrival that Tonya quickly responded to and was available for other questions throughout our stay. There is garage access, which is nice because the parking lot was nearly full when we arrived at night. My only criticism is that there isn't a king-sized bed in any of the three bedrooms. All three bedrooms have the same queen mattress and it was way too soft for our liking and not comfortable for two with how squishy it is. We are not large people but are used to a firmer king mattress. My husband ended up sleeping on the narrow couch. Not ideal. Other than that, the condo is great!

Great Stay!

Spent Spring Break bounding around AZ doing site seeing and settled in Scottsdale at Brian's place to cap off the trip. It's in a gated community minutes away from shopping, coffee (Starbucks and DD), groceries and old town Scottsdale. It was between Phoenix and Tempe - we did a couple college tours while we were in town. Loved the layout - 3 bedrooms so the teens got their own rooms and shared a bathroom which was great. The place is very clean and tidy with updated appliances and smart TV's everywhere. There are even some board games to play as a family... we were lucky enough to get our kids away from their phones long enough :) Weather was a bit cool the first day, but we did hit the pool which is viewable from the balcony. Just a note - this is a single level condo on the second floor. We had no issues, but there are stairs to the second floor. Brian was great and had us all setup when we checked in and was available throughout our stay to answer questions or just check in to see how we're doing. Thanks for welcoming us into your home!

Stella house is a very nice, modern condo close to old town Scottsdale. The three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms worked well for our girls weekend! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Scottsdale Getaway!

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this condo in Scottsdale, and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home — clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable — close to great restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and just a short drive to Old Town.The condo itself was peaceful and quiet, with a lovely patio for morning coffee and evening wine. We also really appreciated the little touches: fast Wi-Fi, super comfy beds, and great communication from the host.If you’re looking for a stylish, relaxing place to stay in Scottsdale, this is it. Already planning our return!

It was so easy to communicate with the host and everything was as listed. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the little touches like having cabinets labeled.The beds were comfortable, we loved that every room had a fan and TV. We liked the location, it suited our needs. During our stay, the garbage truck rolled through at 5:45am on a Sunday. That was the noisiest thing that happened. We all agreed it was a 10/10 stay.

Fun golf trip week stay

This is a wonderful, centrally located place to stay for a great getaway. Spacious and very clean, this home away from home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, golf courses and all the modern conveniences, we found it the perfect spot for our vacation. The pool was lovely, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Easy communication with the owner topped it off. We highly recommend this property. We are empty Nester's nearing retirement and like to vacation in Arizona. We frequently came for Golf or Spring Training Baseball games and decided to purchase a place of our own instead of using hotels constantly. We are so excited to have this wonderful home away from home to enjoy when we come now. We can just relax at home or go out to eat or go to the casino it's all about options. We look forward to sharing our home with you we know you will love the location and can find lots to do here.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We were so happy to find this Gem in a great location and gated community. We loved the open concept split bedroom floor plan, so we still have our privacy even if we invite friends to stay with us. We Love the location for several reasons: Old Town Scottsdale, shopping, restaurants as well as several venues we frequent are close by. We can always find something to do if we want, or just have a staycation and enjoy the Patio and pool. We want to share our home with others when we aren't enjoying it for ourselves. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This gated community is such a great location and then to find this gem with an open floor plan and nice view from the patio sealed it for us. We love sitting on the patio in the evening and enjoying a beverage and relax after a day of shopping or whatever. Live, Laugh, Relax is what this is all about.
