The back half of a single-family home with a private entrance. This home is divided by a partition wall in the interior kitchen area. front and back half of the home are rented separately. The minimum booking is 30 days.
The apartment boasts one bedroom with a queen bed, and a recently remodeled bathroom with an amazing shower, washer, and dryer. In the living room, you will find a pull-out queen sofa sleeper bed, writing desk, office chair, and fiber optic wifi essential for remote workers and students. The Kitchenette has a mini fridge, Microwave, hotplate, toaster oven, Electric kettle, coffee maker, and kitchen basics. on the patio, there is a barbecue grill, seating area and shade canopy in the summer months, shared front yard. both units have separate outdoor seating and bbq areas only the front yard is shared, parking is on the street.
Excellent location within walking distance to Anschutz medical, children's hospital, and VA hospital. Less than two blocks walk to the public bus for easy access to downtown Denver including Mile high stadium, Coors Field, LoDo, low high, and 16th Street Mall. With such a close location to the hospital, there is a bit of road noise and ambulances going to and from the hospital. no shortage of really great local food options and nightlife. Walk to Cedar Creek Brewpub, grocery store, and Planet Fittness.

Cute space that is equipped with a queen bed, bathroom, small kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Students and remote workers will appreciate a writing desk and fiber optic internet. The living room is furnished with a queen pull-out sofa sleeper and Fire TV. There's a full-size stacked washer and dryer, and a furnished outdoor patio with a gas grill perfect for hanging out. The 12,000 BTU mini split heat pump gives you independent control of your heating and cooling your not at the mercy of the thermostat in the front unit set your temperature wherever you like.

This is a shared home divided in half you might hear the neighbors on the other side of the wall. This home books for 31 or more days at a great nightly rate with a low cleaning fee. On-street parking is the only option no driveway or garage. This is an older home in a very active neighborhood. There are 2 large public schools at either end of the street. North Aurora is the oldest part of the city and it may not be for everybody but we loved living here before leaving colorado for a warmer climate. Quite hours are from 11 P.M. until 8 A.M. guests should not Park in the rear driveway or alleyway. Security cameras are on the exterior of the home.
