Welcome to the newly remodeled private modern basement apartment with your own separate entrance, a stylish retreat designed for comfort and convenience.

Living Room and Dinning Area

The living and full kitchenette area are in the same large room. We Do Not offer a n oven, but you will find a small sink, a two-burner hot plate with pot and pans, convection toaster oven, ninja foodie (it has an air fryer, baking, sautéing and crockpot setting) and microwave to cook small meals. We offer complimentary drip coffee, an assortment of teas, creamer, and sugar for a morning or afternoon wake up.

For entertainment we have a 42-inch TV featuring streaming apps. You get Netflix and Prime but you will have to login with your own login for other streaming apps.

Our apartment boasts two bedrooms, offering accommodations for up to four guests.

Bedroom 1: Queen

This room has a memory foam mattress. Has a large closet. You will find convenient bedside tables which feature built-in charger ports and luggage rack. We also have provided sound machines in each room.

Bedroom 2

Two twin beds with pillow mattress and a three-drawer dresser with two lamps that have charger ports built in. This room has open closets with a luggage rack and full-length mirror.

Bathroom

Our stocked bathroom ensures your comfort and convenience. Enjoy a refreshing shower with a generously sized, with a shower head that you can adjust the different pressure settings. We've got your personal care essentials covered with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

Kindly remember that we reside above, so you may occasionally hear footsteps and voices. We also have furry companions, so expect an occasional bark or two when you arrive, they may also bark when they hear you going in and out. They are friendly. You will hear their footsteps when we arrive home.

Child Note:
We are family friendly but by no means is this child proof depending on what your child needs. We have outlet covers if you need to cover outlets. We do have a few hard plastic ups and hard plastic covers cups.

Friendliest host we have ever experienced! We had everything we needed and they answered any questions we had. Great place. Will rent again if we come back to the area.

Comfortable and convenient

It was close to everything we did, Ball Arena, Empower Field, golf course, airport. It was nice to have 3 beds. Most small rentals have a sleeper sofa. There were 3 of us and we each got a bed. Even though it was small, we had plenty of space for suitcases and to spread out. We enjoyed our stay

Great affordable option

Place was just as described. Everything I needed was available to me. Lots of plugs and USB ports all throughout the place in the bedrooms and living room and kitchen. All the kitchen utensils and appliances I could possibly need, plenty of streaming services on the TV and even found creamer in the refrigerator when I made coffee which was nice. Very spacious. Bed was big and comfortable. Easy to get in and out through the garage using the entry code. You can hear people and dogs above you walking in the daytime which didn't bother me and I didn't hear anything at night time. Lots of great food options 5-10 minutes away by car. Quiet neighborhood. Was able to park my car in the driveway. Owners checked in with me via text and when I was leaving to make sure everything was going well. Great option and much more affordable than many of the other options I was considering.

We are a family of three. We have a 13-year-old son. We have two nice dogs, a cat. We enjoy being active outdoors.

Varför värden valde detta boende

we moved to this neighborhood a year ago. We really enjoyed it as it's so close to the wildlife sanctuary where we can take walks. It is really quiet neighborhood but very close to Bike trails to rec centers and lots of dining and the grocery store within 1.5 miles.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I believe our beds are one big thing I don't feel like many properties invest in their beds and I know as a guest. I need a good sleep. I also feel like we're not asking to do this long list of chores when they leave we want our guest to relax occasionally if we have time, my son loves to bake and he's really good and he bakes cookies if they're able to eat them.
