Come stay directly in the heart of Freeport, walkable to all the shopping, restaurants, and breweries located in town. This corner lot provides privacy and is the perfect place to enjoy warm summer nights by the fire-pit, grilling on the porch, or playing around on the rock ledge. Beautiful home, large and well maintained. Included all the amenities you could need for an enjoyable stay. Walking distance to Freeport village and close to reach mid-coast beaches. Wonderful stay for our family of 4.

Freeport, Maine Family Home

Very comfortable and charming home, conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The home had lots of space and a large kitchen and dining room to enjoy meals with family. Great place to stay!

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient

Freeport Escape is a wonderful property. The house was clean and well prepared for guests. It's conveniently close to all the shopping and restaurants in Freeport. Communicating with the property manager was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Location can't be beat

The stay was great, we had 4 adults and two kids, and the house worked perfectly for us. Close enough to town and the train station that everybody could go and do their own thing even though we just had one car. The house was clean and comfortable, and was well represented by the photos. Great place!

We have gathered for 14 straigh years now in Freeport for Christmas shopping ..we stayed here last year and then again this year...by far out favorite spot to stay for this very special family weekend ...hope to continue to be able to book it ! highly recommend

Annual Maine Vacation

We love the variety that a Maine vacation offers and we come each year in June. Our first stay in Freeport was great. A convenient location for walking to town, as well as a private yard with a firepit and even a shuffleboard court was all our family needed. The house was very comfortable and rooms were larger than we thought. Definitely a great place to stay.

nice winter getaway

Place was spacious and well built. Only issue was I had family in the area that are in a wheelchair, and they could not access the property. Other than that, it was great. Very friendly hosts, and a great kitchen.

Beautiful Property

The house was awesome! Nice location in Freeport could walk to all the shops. Very cute home. Had a minor issue, but Marlene the home owner took care of things and communicated very quickly. Would definitely recommend this home!

Very clean and nicely renovated

It was so nice to have 3 King beds! 3 couples traveling together are challenged to find a home with no twin beds occupying a bedroom! This house was perfectly situated within walking distance of downtown Freeport - and we took advantage of that! Communication with the owner was great!

Freeport Escape

Celebrating my 75 th birthday with my two daughters and my good friend was enhanced by our stay at the Freeport Escape. The house was a short walk from the train station, easy check in, immaculate condition, cozy, and convenient to shops and restaurants. I will put it on my “ return to” list and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect location and accomodations for Christmas Shopping and gathering with my adult children

13th year of traditional weekend before Christmas shopping and gathering with family who come to town ....I stayed here with my adult children and their spouses.... we all agreed this home was by far the best spot we have stayed so far. Spacious and very clean with parking and location to make our shopping super easy . Would highly recommend!

Perfect gem right in near everything!

we truly enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our family Freeport! Our family lives in town, so it was very convenient of a real home that was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Marlene was super helpful! We would definitely return for another stay soon!
