We had a wonderful stay. Two very comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen and 5 minute walk to the beach! Management company is great!

Firstly, we stayed at Palma Verde, not Palma Rosa. The host changed our lodging due to construction, but the reservation shows the original location. This is a very pleasant and comfortable cottage. However maintenance and cleaning were disappointing. The major maintenance issue was that one of the showers didn’t work and the repairman they sent was unable to fix it. There were other minor maintenance issues including a loose toilet sent and toilet paper dispenser. Cleanliness was a significant concern, and there were numerous indicators which I won’t detail here. This is a nice property and in all other areas they do well. If management would address those two areas this can be an easy property to love.

La piscina espectacular a todas horas, la disfrutamos mucho. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de la playa.

A month of paradise!

We loved our stay in Puerto Viejo and at Palma Rosa! The home is well equipped with everything we needed! It was clean and comfortable for ourselves and another couple with each of us having our own private bathroom, always a bonus! The kitchen is well stocked for staying in and cooking, the huge outdoor table was great for morning coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day to one of the many beaches. The property managers were fantastic to deal with, they were prompt and courteous in their replies, helped us with anything we needed. The weekly cleans were very much appreciated and all the staff they had on site, from the cleaners, pool maintenance, yard maintenance etc were super friendly and polite. We were completely at ease staying at here and at Puerto Viejo all month. We rented a car for the longer tours, but spent many days/nights walking back and forth to town and were never concerned about safety. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures do not do justice! Very convenient location, but enough distance from the chaos of downtown Puerto Viejo. The landscape is still young but before long the entire property will be very private!! Rise was great with responding to any questions or needs. Rise did mostly communicate when anyone would be entering the property, although, I was surprised a few times by staff getting tools or other maintenance on the property, unaware that they were coming. That being said, the staff was very friendly and I felt safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Palma Rosa. What an amazing house with a spacious terrace, a very well-equipped kitchen and fantastic beds. The house was very clean and the decor is very tasteful. You feel right at home immediately. Communication with the owner was also pleasant. Highly recommended.

Reviewer Comments: El lugar con buena ubicación, fácil de llegar, el personal a cargo siempre atendió las consultas de forma inmediata, el lugar precioso, amplio, muy aseado, equipado con todo lo necesario y hasta más. Muy bien atendidos. Definitivamente un lugar para volver y súper recomendado a quienes quieran tener un lugar tranquilo y privado para vacacionar o incluso trabajar.
