With guest kayaks, arcade games, board games, a full kitchen, a basketball court/playground park across the street, and a breathtaking view of sunset and sunrise over the lake- it is fair to say this house has something for everyone to enjoy.
Near to the Pro-Football HOF, Kent University, Akron University, Downtown Akron, The Portage Lakes, Wayside Furniture, Hartville Market, and just 40 minutes to Downtown Cleveland this piece of paradise is right in the middle of everything you need.

The basement features a firestick hooked into a projector, with an HDMI cord that can hook into your device and play in the theater.
We also have foosball, Mortal Kombat, and a Atri-style game console with over 100 different games- there are 10 different types of Pacman alone.
