Summary:
We invite you to Book Directly with Central Oregon Vacation Homes. This spectacular home is located just 4 miles from Sunriver at the headwaters of Spring River and a short 20-minute drive from Mt. Bachelor. Sleeping 14 people, with a semi-attached casita, this house is perfect for family gatherings! The outside is truly special, with 2 large deck areas, a hot tub, and a gazebo. Miles of mountain bike trails beckon, and kayaking/paddleboard adventures await!

The Space:
This large and airy home sits on .86 acres and offers plenty of space both indoors and out. The main living space features 18-foot vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan with tons of windows bringing the outside in. There are four bedrooms, including an in-law suite, which is separated from the main house by the welcoming breezeway. The kitchen and dining area open to the sunroom and the expansive back deck. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and access to the side and back deck area.

The main level of the home has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. This home has a full kitchen, dining area that seats 6, living room, and sunroom for enjoying that morning coffee before the rest of the house wakes. Enjoy a quiet and slow paddle on the Spring River directly from the house, in the provided two kayaks.

Upstairs you will find the master suite with a King bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. There’s also a loft with a sleeper sofa and desk space with a lovely view of the river.

The mother-in-law unit has a large bedroom with a king bed, a living space with a TV, and a 2 sleeper sofa as well as a full bathroom. Attached to the mother-in-law unit is the garage which has a nice game room above it with a TV gaming console and foosball, plus plenty of books and board games.

Besson Getaway is the perfect home for multiple generations to enjoy a vacation together and make memories that will last a lifetime. We look forward to hosting you there!

Besson road family vacation

Our family of 11 had a wonderful stay at Besson Rd home. The home is so comfortable, included all amenities one needs, beautiful property and close to all the SunRiver conveniences. We made every meal at home over our 6 day stay, played games, relaxed every night on the patio, tried out the paddle boards and bike provided by home owner. Having the fresh water pond right out the back door was a bonus. Btw, we really enjoyed the cold tap water, the ninja blender, the bbq and hot tub. Highly recommend this home.

Absolutely Amazing Property

We have been vacationing in Sunriver for decades and rent a home for our family each stay. This home was by far our favorite. Not only was the house exceptionally clean and well appointed, the property was breathtaking! The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of extra towels, comfy beds, a huge comfy couch in the family room, and an extra entertainment room we used for yoga. The house sits on a huge lot that backs to the spring that feeds the Spring River. It looks like a large pond and is extremely clean and clear. We were able to use the paddle boards provided on the water. Lots of wild life abound in the area. There is also private river access around the corner for the neighborhood. Proximity to Sunriver village was great and we even found a new restaurant (The Wallows) close by that we ended up loving. We will definitely rent this property again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
