Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all the house was very accommodating for our family vacation. We liked the location, the kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having all the bikes at our disposal. On the other hand, the dryer wasn't functional and we didn't discover that until we washed a large load of clothes. The hot tub was murky and we weren't inclined to use it for that reason. The patio furniture was rough and not very clean making the patio not very inviting either. The first night we got there no one could take a shower because the water heater was turned down to vacation mode. Finally there was some kind of annoying alarm noise in the downstairs bathroom that went off when someone used the upstairs bathroom and didn't shut off until you flushed the toilet downstairs.

Wonderful house

It is a very spacious house, the extra beds was a blessing because the kids could have their own bed. The pool table was a plus. Everybody enjoyed the house.

Bad experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house needs some work, and the management company knows. Unfortunately, they did not ensure things were taken care of before we arrived. Disappointing experience at this house and management. We will not be using this management company again.

Quiet with everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet Location on a cul-de-sac. Kids from three to 14 rode bikes. Big interior of house allowed plenty of elbow room and joint activities indoors: games, meals, watching grand kids growing up. Sharc passes were well utilized. Bicycles greatly appreciated and in good shape. Canoe not used, but every other method of floating the river was employed repeatedly since the river was only a hundred yards away. Located near services at the North end of Sun River (gas, groceries, etc.) Reading material available to learn all about the resources and attractions of this great area. Two car garage allowed keeping all our toys secure. Walking the dog easy and convenient and yes we picked up after ourselves.

Great for family get together

We had a great time and the house was great for our extended family. The amenities were as described and we enjoyed the sharc pool facilities. Kitchen is well stocked and hot tub was a bonus. Bike path is nearby as is the river. Super beautiful spot and great location.

Nice House Worn Beds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seven women shared this house. With the exception of the king size and queen beds, the remaining beds were difficult to sleep on. All of the rollaways were broken down. The bottom bunk beds were worn and collapsed to slanting. It made for very difficult sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped, the hot tub was very nice and the layout was okay. The kitchen is upstairs. There was room to park two cars in the garage. NoKeurig pot for coffee.

A perfect home for a family get together!!!

Our family loved staying in this attractive,comfortable & well equipped SunRiver home. The proximity to the river was wonderful. We all enjoyed the pool table, bikes & other thoughtful amenities that were provided. We will definitely book again!!!

Loved this spacious clean house. Perfect for big families.

Thanksgiving week

Great home for our family of 8 adults and 2 teenagers. Living spaces good, bedrooms and bathrooms great, and kitchen nicely laid out and well equipped. Our only complaint was the tv on the lower level. We were there during World Cup Soccer and would have appreciated a larger tv and better sound system. Otherwise a good property.

Nice get away

Property was awesome right by the river. It was a little father from the Village/store compared to some of the other places we have stayed. Pool table was super fun. Great layout.

Great place for our multi-family get-together!

We have a large group with 3 families which include 2 adults and 2 kids each, plus a couple dogs, and were looking for a place to reunite our families for an end of summer mini-vacation. Blue Grouse was great! They had just about everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. We also enjoyed the nearby walking paths each evening and the SHARC passes, plus there was plenty of room for everyone. I'd say the only negative was that we were granted (and paid for) a late check out but they came into the house early while we were out. Realized we might have been watched the whole time since we didn't do the final code to send them the message we checked out. Made all of us pretty uncomfortable since it wasn't check out time yet and they entered the house anyway without any prior notification. Just a note to the owners to please wait until the check out time before entering the house.

Reviewer Comments: The great location by the river, double master suites, 2 living areas and spacious kitchen made our week @ Sunriver super. Bikes, canoe and SHARC passes added to the fun. Grass yard is a bonus. Beds good and the kitchen was reasonably equipped making meal prep easy. This property was plenty of room for our large family. We want to return.
