The apartment was very clean and i was impressed with the amount of things that were prepared for our stay such as water stocked in fridge, toiletries, and even down to body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. BUT i am not sure the pros make up for the cons. Ill start out by saying me and my kids, ages 7 and 2 drove 11 hours straight to this apartment and upon arrival the water did not work, it was awful standing around waiting after that drive with a very tired toddler while maintenance man came in and out of apartment. We were all tired and stressed. Baby Desperately needed a nap and could not take one due to the repairs needing to be made. After the first night there, i noticed that the listing was changed to "adults only" as if my kids were an issue. She was told initially at time of booking i had a service dog and she confirmed this wasnt an issue and nothing more needed to be done, but then proceeded to question me about my dogs mannerisms and what specifically my dog does for me as a service after we checked in. And once i offerred to send the letter from my provider which is legally all i have to provide she would never give me an email to send it too. So i truly felt as if she was just trying to catch me in a lie about my dogs authenticy. My husband took trash out the first or second night and she messaged me telling me he needed to wear a shirt. So if you like being spyed on through a ring door bell and someone that doesnt like children, this would work well for you.
